Part A:
The professional development of SHRM code of ethics is being developed in a way
that will help in meeting the needs of the organisation ensuring there will be development of
the employees as well as organisation (Zhao and Higgins 2017). The paper will help to
identify the ways professional development of SHRM code of ethics has affected in the
practice of HRM.
In the words of McCandless and Ronquillo (2019), the professional development will
help in providing the Human resource management to come up with ideas that will be
benefiting the employees in the process of working. It will be ensuring that the working
process of the human resource department becomes easier to meet the highest standards of
competence. The professional development that is being developed by the SHRM will help in
meeting the needs of the organisation in helping them develop working process.
Part B:
The challenges that are being faced by the Human resource in the modern times are
that it becomes difficult to keep a check in the policies and keep on updating according to the
laws of the country. As mentioned by Milliman and Clair (2017) leadership development is
another factor that will develop the working process in the organisation. Adaption and
innovation is an important factor that will help in the development of the working process in
the organisation. Innovation and adaption is a challenge that is being faced by the HRM that
is a barrier in the development of the organisation.
In order to ensure that the challenges are being met by the employees in the
organisation the HR must keep a check in the laws of the laws that are being introduced by
