Leadership philosophy
All the leaders are required to have the leadership skills by the help of which they can
undertake their responsibilities in an effective manner. In this process of leadership, I am
required to follow a specific style so that all the actions can be taken in the required manner. I am
following the democratic leadership in which all the members involved in the team will be given
the freedom to present their views and ideas (Shekari & Nikooparvar, 2012). I invite the ideas
from the members and then take them into consideration while making any decision which helps
in creating a positive rapport with them. There are various processes which are involved in the
business and in them there is the requirement of the innovation with the change of time and
circumstances.
In such cases, the ideas and views of the employees are of great help and due to this the
process shall initiate this feature and include the same in the business. There are processes by
which the employees are allowed to take part in the decision-making process of the organization
and give the suggestions which according to them will be in the interest of the company (Witzel,
2012). By the help of this I am providing the lower-level employees with the power and
authority which will be making them satisfied and in return they will be working with full
potential. All the suggestions which have been given by the employees are taken into
consideration and proper evaluation of them as per the business requirements is made. They all
are considered and the ones which seem to be in the benefit of the company will be involved in
the business processes. This will make the employees more motivated as they are also involved
in the crucial processes of the company (Burnes & By, 2012). They feel themselves to be the part
of the business and by that overall improvement in the performance is attained.
I follow all the principles which are involved in the leadership profile and by that the
targets which are set will be attained in the most effective manner. Innovations will be involved
in the process and there will be no violation which will be made in following the standards which
are set. I will be hiring the professionals and will develop such strategies which will be providing
them with the required benefits (Zhang et al., 2012). This helps in retaining the efficient
employees and the employee turnover of the business is reduced. I always find the way for the
self-improvement as by that it is possible to improve the overall process involved and the

advantage of the same will be received in the long run. The guidance will be given to all the
subordinates and by that they will be able to perform all the tasks in the most efficient manner.
The issues which arise will be avoided and the results of the company will be improved. It is the
main principle for the leader to make the decisions in fast and timely manner. I will never be
violating this principle and for this all the processes will be carried in the required manner and
time.
The welfare of the employees and other members will be given the priority and
appropriate steps in this respect will be taken (Webster, 2017). They will be informed about all
the aspects which need to be performed in detail which will help them in managing their tasks in
an effective manner. All the principles help in the growth of the business and if any of them is
violated then it is against the business requirements and ethics. There are negative consequences
of the same which are required to be borne by the business. In order to avoid such circumstances,
I prefer to comply with all of them in the best possible manner.
Every person has some personal beliefs which they carry and they come in the process of
the leadership also as the same is affected by them. The leaders will be behaving in various
manners and that will affect the followers as they will be following their leader. There are
various personal beliefs and by that, the decisions are affected such as religion. If the leader is
religious then the policies and approaches which will be followed will be in lieu with them and
that way the overall process will be impacted (Lawler & Ashman, 2012).
The values which are followed by the leader will be affecting the strategies which are
formulated by them as in that their personal and professional both the aspects are involved. As I
am religious so consider the facts of the same in the strategies which are formulated and they are
required to be complied by all. The mission which is set by me in the personal value will be
impacting upon the mission which will be aimed in the business. I will design all the processes in
a manner that my personal interests together with the professional are attained in the proper
manner. I follow the democratic style as I am in favor of the involvement of all in the processes.
I have the team-building spirit and due to that this approach is followed by which the members
are also motivated and the work is carried by them in team. There are fewer conflicts which have
been faced by me due to this belief and standard which is followed. The members are happy with
