The project report of will outline thebusiness resources of two companies namely Costa coffee which is a profitable organisation andsave the children which is a Non profit organisation. The Report will go to highlight therecruitment documentation required in both the business. The report will further outline theEmployability, Personal and communication skills required to apply for a specific job role. Thereport will describe the sources of internal and external finance. The report will go interpret thecontents of a trading, profit & loss account and balance sheet. The report will go to outline theuse of budgets as a means of financial control. Lastly the report will go to illustrate the financialstatement of both the business.TASKSProfitable Organisation - Costa CoffeeCosta coffee is a British Multinational Coffee-House plc in United Kingdom. The Costa coffeewas founded in the year 1971 about 48 years ago in the London, England. Its headquarters aresituated in the Dunstable, England in United Kingdom. Initially the coffee house was establishedby Costa family that carries wholesale operations by supplying the roasted coffee to the caterersand the specialist Italian coffee shops. Later in the year 1995 the Company was acquired by theWhitbread. The Company was sold to Coca-Cola company in the year 2019 with a deal worth£3.9 billion.Non profit organisation – Save the ChildrenThe Save the Children is an international Non Profit organisation. The Save the ChildrenOrganisation promotes the children Rights and support children in developing countries. TheSave the Children was founded on 15 April 1919 about 99 years ago in United Kingdom. Itsfounders were Eglantyne Jebb and Dorothy Buxton. The organisation focus is to improve thelives of the children through providing better education, heath care facility and through creatingeconomic opportunities.1

It describes duties and job responsibility that is required fora specific job role in the Costa Coffee-House (Galaskiewicz, 2016). The purpose of Jobdescription is to inform candidates and make them aware what they will be doing if they get jobin Costa Coffee-House.Person specification – The Person Specification of Costa Coffee-House describes the personalattributes that is required for the newly recruited candidate.
