In the last two decades, there are many huge changes in the online industry, which are based
on emerging technologies including Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), and
others. Most of the firms have focused on those technologies that are helpful in their
business. Besides, chatbots are new creativity of emerging technology (KUMAR, 2018).
Most of the firms have used chatbots for increasing their business values. This report will
provide the role of emerging technologies in business values and strategic alignment.
Moreover, this report will analyze different benefits of chatbots that are helpful in the digital
transformation. This report will evaluate ManyChat and Chatfuel and it will provide a
comparison based on different aspects.
Role of emerging technology in innovations
AI-based systems are more successful and helpful in the innovation for business and other
works. In addition, there are many good outcomes for emerging technologies in the field of
business industries. Besides, customers have required fast response as well as other services.
Most of the giant organization have provided chatbot facility to their customers for managing
