The e commerce website that have been chosen for completion of the task is Amazon.

The critical success factors of the organization Amazon can be divided in 4 major
sections. The sections are namely customer obsession instead of competitor focus. Passion for
invention have been another aspect that is to be considered. Commitment to operational
excellence have been another principle. Long term thinking and goal setting have been another
aspect that is to be considered (Lorenzo 2017). The success factors of Amazon have been the
loyalty and pricing process that is to be considered. It have been seen that there are certain prime
members who are highly loyal to Amazon. Sustained growth of the brand Amazon have been
another aspect that is to be considered in the process. Again the pricing strategies that is
implemented in the process is also considered to be important. The pricing strategy that is
implemented by Amazon have been exclusive in nature. This exclusiveness in the working
process ensures that client retention gets easier. Providing of offers and different pricing strategy
for new comers and premium clients have been the major aspect that is to be considered in the
process. The website that is considered in this case is very fast and convenient in nature (Stadler
2017). This high convenience ensures that the speed of the operational process of the website
will be very high. Another critical success factor that is to be considered in this area is that the
entire process is platform specific. The platform specificity have been helping in increasing the
efficiency in the data analysis process and hence helps in performing proper predictions. Another
aspect that is to be considered as the critical success factor of Amazon is that content creation is
also made (Weber & Jones 2016). This content creation ensures that attraction of newer and
potential clients gets easier.
Yes, it is a good decision to provide a broader and a diverse range of products in the
market. The main reason behind this is that the choice of products increases and hence wise the
number of potential client also increases. This increase in potential clients ensures that the
number of clients will be increasing. This increase in number of clients will be helping in
increasing the audience base of the organization. Hence it can be stated that the revenue that will
be earned will be on a higher node. Thus it can be stated that the number of potential clients will
be high and will be ever increasing.

Amazon, have not only been focusing on diverse products but also have been
manufacturing their own products as well. It have been seen that the new products that are
manufactured by the organization will be ensuring it gains an edge in the competing marketing
(Toledo et al 2019). As other competitors of Amazon have not been into competition with any
other brand, it have been ensuring that the bringing in innovation in the diversity of the products
will be acting beneficial. Hence it can be stated that the process of diversification of products
have been acting helpful in the operational process of Amazon.
The short term goal of Amazon is very specific and it is to keep on increasing the reach
of the application among the mass in order to increase the revenue collection process. The long
term goal that is concerned in this case is that Amazon have been trying to better the customer
service that it provides. It have been seen that Amazon have not been competing with any other
brand but have been trying to improve the customer service that it have been providing to their
own client.

The 3 specific features that can be considered under the personalized and customized
section includes the likes of displaying of the deals that are new and might interest the need of
the buyer. The second feature that is considered to be personalized includes the likes of products
that can be considered important for different occasions and are festival oriented. The third
aspect that is to be considered is that the products that have been viewed by the potent buyer
previously is also displayed in the process. These are the 3 major features that have been
increasing the personalization and customization of the website. It can be stated that Amazon
have been using the technology of AI in the operational process. This is the main reason that the
data that are generated during the research process in the previous times are recorded and hence
wise recommendations are provided. This is one of the major aspect that is to be considered in
provisioning of the new deals that are provided. This providing of search based deals have been
easing the search process of the clients (Chen, Lachaud & Zhou 2016). Thus it can be stated that
the search process is well monitored and the data that are generated hence wise are used for
providing the recommended products. Another aspect that have been stated above is that there
products that are generally festival oriented. Hence Amazon tracks the location of the visitor and
provides them with recommendation of the products that act important for the festival purpose in
