Abstract
This report is based on system analysis and design of Toys management system. The below

Introduction:
Mr. and Mrs. Toys want to implement an information system that can automate many
works. The old system is manual-based; to increase the work efficiency, they are
implementing a new system. In this report, the system analysis and design of this system are
defined. In the existing system, a staff member named Janice taking phone calls and note
down every customer information. After getting information, Janice searches for a product
and pack the merchandise and sends it to the customer. The new system will automate this
process and eliminate the challenges. This report can produce a detailed overview of the
organization’s project plan. The time management plan can describe how much time is
required to complete tasks within a development phase. WBS can produce the work break
down the structure of projects. To-BE process can provide a work process that can be
happened when the project development is completed. The comparison of AS IS and TO BE
is provided in this report. The network is one of the essential parts of this project. Most of the
time, this system will be dependent on the net. Network security is one of the important
aspects of these projects. Different testing method and the employee training process is
described in this project. System changeover can increase the productivity of the
organization.

Comparing “AS IS” and “TO BE” Process
This section of this report provides the details comparison between AS is a process
and To-be process. As is a process that can define the current state of the business process
model. On the other hand, to be processed can provide the future state of the business
process. To understand the As-is process (Araújo et al. 2017), everyone needs to understand
this process. There are many ways to understand this process. The means are observation,
questionnaire, project team, and interview.
The AS-IS process can provide the “current state” of the business. It can show every
business process before the system change over or any system improvement. For the system
improvement, the organization needs the diagram of both processes AS-IS and TO-BE. AS-
IS process can clearly provide an accurate view of the current system; this part is one of the
essential processes for the understanding of how a business process can be an improvement.
After determining the process flow, a software analyst or business owner can analyze the AS-
IS diagram and provide proposed several improvements (Araújo et al.2017). At that time,
they need to develop another diagram that can provide the to-be state. There are several
advantages to the new to-be map. It will help to implement the new requirements.

The logical topology can provide how a device can appear to a user while a physical
topology can provide how they are internally connected with the help of cables and wires. As

testing. By testing this software, usability, strengthening, security can be increased (Jamil et
al.2016). The term “white box” is used because it shows in the box shapes. This testing
method can determine the inner application.
Training:
Most of the people need the training to use this system. Mr and Mrs Toys and their
employee Janice need the training to use the system. The list of the training program is
