I think that the skills that I already posses are organizing skills and accountability. I feel that these skills are really important for
working as a good leader or a manager. As a manger or a leader I need to take care of the fact that I can take up the responsibility of
my own work. I do not shift the blame on others. This is mainly because of the fact that unless I develop the skill of accountability
within myself I will never be able to do the same for my employees. Thus, I feel that presently I am good at organization skills and
accountability skills.

I am currently studying the course of diploma of business. Thus, I want to attain a good prestigious position in future. I want to attain
the position of a marketing manager in one of the leading MNCs or the top corporate organizations.
