department is to support the working environment of a business through retaining employees at

the purpose of increasing the operations and functions at wider level. Thus the higher authority
and management of a firm is focuses over strengthen their workforces by retaining talented and
experience staff members. A proper retention strategy is applied by the business for the purpose
