Contract
The contract between an employer and an employee in terms of their relationships is known as
an employment contract. It is used for hiring a new employee or re-hiring an employee.
This contract is made on the 28 days of January 2019 between ACE Incorporation and Stacey
James. The employer and the employee have to sign an employment contract for ensuring the
terms and conditions of employment. Both the parties agreed in signing the contract in terms of
all considerations.
HR Manager
The position of the employee is considered to be HR. The employee as an HR requires to direct,
plan and coordinate the functions of a company (Gomes Maia, Bal & Bittencourt Bastos, 2018).
He/she needs to look after the hiring of new staff and support the staff in any of their work
issues. As an HR, He/she may have to handle any other issues of the company.
Commencement of employment
The employee will have to commence her work on 1st February 2019 till the indefinite date of
employment. The employment is full time.
Probationary Duration
The first three months of employment will be a probationary duration. It can be extended by the
firm based on performance.
Time of work
The normal working hours of an employee is 48 hours per week. But the employee should agree
to work in excess of her prescribed time limit of working. The employee is entitled to holidays,
sick leave and other benefits.
Area of work
The employee has to work in the company of ACE incorporation, Ontario, Canada. He/she has
the right to change her place of work within the area of Ontario.
Remuneration
The salary package of an employee is £ 5000 per month. The amount is payable for every 2nd
week of the following month.

Benefits
After continuing the probation period of employment, the employee will be entitled to get
benefits packages from time to time (Gürtzgen, 2016).
Termination of employment
As per the probationary period of employment, the employee may be terminated by the employer
at any time giving him/her advance notice of his/her intention to resign (Hannah, Treen, Pitt &
Berthon, 2016).
Confidentiality
The employee must agree that he/she maintains the confidentiality of information which needs to
be protected from the other business competitors. The employee should not disclose any
confidential information to the other (Payne, Culbertson, Lopez, Boswell & Barger, 2015).
Assignment
The employer has to assign this contract of employment to any other successor employer and it is
to be binding upon him.
Severability
Each context of this contract should remain separate from the other context. The declaration is
null and void and has no effects on the remaining context of this contract.
Notice
If there is any requirement of giving notice, then the notice should be given in a proper manner.

General
The contract is performed or constructed as per the law of the jurisdiction. This contract ensures
all the benefits be binding upon both the parties. There is a right to vary for all the terms of
employment.
