INTRODUCTION
Morgan Motor company is private firm which is operating motoring sector. It is founded
by H.F.S Morgan in year 1910 and its head office is located at Malvern, Worcestershire, United
Kingdom (Clack and et. al., 2017). Vision of respective company is to develop and design
superior as well as classic sports car for their customers to survive in market for long time. The
aim of developing this report is to understanding about Morgan Motor company vision, their
operations for delivering vision and company's stakeholders.

Morgan Motors company is operating its business operations and functions at motoring
industry. They offer wide range of motor cars such as Morgan Aero Max, Morgan Aero Super
Sports, Morgan Aero 8, Morgan +8 and many more. The vision of Morgan Motors Company is
design and build superior as well as classic sports car for its potential customers so that they can
survive at marketplace for long time.

At Morgan Motors there are several operations are conducted which help them in
delivering vision in effective as well as successful manner such as technology development,
procurement of resources, human resource management, inbound logistics, services and many
more ((Eadie and et. al., 2015). Moreover evaluation of operations can be determined through
several model, from which some are mentioned below:-
 Value Chain Model
A value chain model is considered as set of activities which an organisation operating in
a particular industry for performing in delivering valuable products and services to customers at
potential marketplace. In respect of Morgan Motors Company, they implement value chain
model so that they conduct operations effectively and provide attractive, superior and classic
sports car to their potential customers. In respect of respective model, company divide their
