INTRODUCTION HumanResourceplaysanimportantroleinthegrowthandthesuccessofan organization. The aim of the Human resource management is to obtain a qualifiers and the confident candidates to achieve the long term success. This file includes major issues that can be faced by the HR such as workforce planning, employees mental health and training and development of employees and the solutions to improvise these problems. Payroll Errors Payroll issue is the most common faced by HR. When the information of any employee is entered into the system related to payroll, then there is a chance of human error. The HR department resolve the issue and send the notification about the mistake and correction but it decreases the morale of the employee and also lost the trust of the employees and this impact on the image of the company as well. Payroll software should be implemented in the companies to rectify the problem and the solution regarding and the proper solution should be made to track the time and also ensure the accurate time accounting. Recruiting and Retaining Top Talent The biggest problem of the HRD is to recruit the talented and the skilled employees that can be helpful in growing the company. But the company do not have many resources to give the benefits to the employees and this is the only reason the employees do not stay in one company for so long. The HR should hire the employees who are reliable and able to stay for the long term but the company need to provide the best resources to the employees then only the employees will stay in the company for the longer term. Diversity and Equity The Diversity and Equity at the workplace is the serious issue for the HR and also it is generally happened in the MNCs in which the people from different countries and states work together But the HR should take an action regarding this serious issue. The problems may be conflicts ion between the employees and miscommunication. The HR must understand the diverse law and must ensure that the company has the protocol to deal appropriately with complaints, and also to focus on encouraging the diversity. CONCLUSION This whole report conclude about some issues that is faced by the HR such as workforce planning, employees mental health and the training and development for the employees to make 1
the employee's fit and mentally prepared according to the environment of an organization. The healthy and the knowledgeable employee always contributes in the growth of company.
