organization. It has been evaluated by me that it is very essential in any of the organization to

have the proper and the relevant crafting of the goals and the objectives of the business. It is all

because this enables me to have the drawing and the representation of the important ethical and

the valid study of the blueprint. Various types of research methodologies are used by the

organization in which the most effective tend to be the Qualitative and the Quantitative methods

proper decision making process in the organization. This research work has been carried out in

P7 Consider alternative research methodologies and lessons learnt in view of the outcomes.
From the research project and the study, it has been clearly demonstrated by me that the various

research methods are determined to be very effective in the organization. The research methods

help in the better completion of the determined goals and targets set by the researcher. In the

study, I have determined the critical use of the use of the Qualitative and the qualitative method

of research. But other than these methodologies, there are various other methodologies which

were effectively used in the better study of the use of the digital technology in the social media

applications. The various alternative research methods are described below:

Applied Research:
It is the type of research method in which there is the elimination of the
basic theories and determined the addition of the various principles of the discipline. The main

problem with the use of social media is determined by the view point of the discipline. I have

determined that in this research method, more preference is made of the generalizations in the

digital technology of the various social media applications. There is the implementation of the

forecasting approach in this research method. The assumption is also made in the research

method that there would not be determined any change in the variables in the research work

(
Ngai, et. al., 2015). The generation of the research reports is made by having the compilation of
them on the basis of the technical language.

Fundamental Method of Research:
In this method of research about the impact of the digital
technology in the social media, it has been determined by me that the main aim and the target of

the study would be to gain the proper solution to the research question in the study. It also has

the use of the various important preference4s in the research work. It aims to determine the main

and the vital causes of the changes that are caused by the digital technology in the use of the

social media applications. It has made the determination of having the other variable in the

organizations to be made constant. A common language has been used by the researchers in the

study of the project.

Exploratory Method of Research:
This is determined to be a very flexible method of research
in the business organization and have the proper investigation process in the research work on

the impact of the digital technology on the social media to increase the motivation factor in the

business. In this method, there is no use for the testing of the hypotheses. The findings of the

study of this method of research are typically based on the topic of the study which would not

Conclusive Research:
It is also an important alternative research method determined by me for
the use of the digital technology in increasing the motivational social media perspectives. This

method is determined to be well structured and very systematic in terms of the designing. It has

the involvement of the definitive and the formal method of the research which is followed

properly after having the testing (
Turcotte, et. al., 2015). This type of method is basically carried
out by the very conclusive type of researchers for having the formulation of the hypotheses.

After having the adaption of this type of research work, it is generated the very significant and

the theoretical findings having a very significant application by the researchers.

organization to have the effective carrying out of the research work by having the proper and the

efficient use of the research methodologies in the project work. It is required for the researchers

in the organization to have a proper determination and the assumption of the time phase in the

business organization (

determined to be a very effective tool in the proper and the efficient carrying out of the research

work in the digital technology impact on the sector of social media. It is also recommended to

the researchers that there would be the use of the auxiliary data which would be made the

process of decision making very flexible and better in the organization.

I have been determined by me that the digital technology is a very vital and the important term.

media as a part of the use of the digital technology. It is recommended to the researcher to have

proper and the efficient planning at an early stage of the project designing process. It is required

for the researchers to have the proper designing of the cost structure at the prior stage of the

management processing. Proper data analysis is also recommended to be done in the business for

having the better results from the research project. This would help in the proper allocation of the

required resources in the business organization (

very important for the success of the research work. So, it is recommended to the researchers to

have their allocation in the proper manner.

By examining this report it has been concluded there are different motivational perspectives of

users to use social media to fulfill their needs and wants. In today’s tough competitive business

environment it becomes so much for every people to stay in touch with everyone for which

social media is the best communication platform. With the help of this research different

motivational perspectives of people have identified that help in decision making as well as the

planning process to attain desired outcomes. There are different motivational perspectives such

as enjoyment, time spent, chatting, entertainment, and others for which people use social media

on daily basis. In this report, a different research method is used by the investigator to identify

facts, concept, and elements that influence negatively on users of social media. Some of the

negative perspectives are a privacy risk, safety and social risk due to which some people avoid

using social media. In this report, various recommendations are developed that help in the future

to avoid issues and risk that affect negatively on users to use social media. With the help of

digital technology different problem related to social and commercial can be solved effectively

to accomplish desired goals and valuable outcomes. It is necessary for people to understand the
