In the language of the Elford the term internationalization can be defined as the people all across
the world, which possesses the same needs for the services and particular markets.
Internationalization in the higher education is the theory which is the process of the integrating
of the intercultural and the global parameters for the strong delivery of the organization.
According to the case study the internationalization can be termed as the strategic decision made
by the firm to enter the overseas market and makes its operations visible at the international level
for both the tangible as well as the intangible assets. MacEwan School of the business was
committed to internationalization via increment of the knowledge and the skill and the attitudes
for the global citizenry, living and working effectivelyi. Not only this curriculum, professional
development, studying abroad and the exchange programs, offshore programs and the
educational linkages all form the part of the internationalization. The school of the business had
also begun the education negotiations with Yantai based school joint programs. Since it was the
strategic priority at the school level, Elford had the plan to renovate and globalize the missions
for the growth and the support of the school. The School of the business was also in the league to
get associated with China, India and Veitnamii.

Political: From the political point of view, it must be noted that the Alberta has had flourishing
business and trading relationships in variety of areas with a number of countries such as China,
Hong Kong, Japan, Taiwan, and South Korea. The trading relations of the domestic country of
