INTRODUCTION
This report will explain about various culture issues and communication issues that organization
are facing towards their work practices. Aboriginal and/or strait islander cultural safety through
which the impact system and structure which must be important for them and keep people in
planning and delivery of various services and programs.

Own culture and other people’s cultures
impact work practices.
Own culture practices: It has direct influence on how employee fits into organization and keep
organization ability to retain and attract employee because it can create the shape of environment
that they can work it.
Other people culture: developing awareness and basic knowledge of culture difference and how
those people affect towards, beliefs, value, work ethics and work schedule.

Work practices are grounded in awareness of
own cultural bias
Those who manage and who work in health and safety community service organization. They are
also need to be aware about how organization backgrounds, beliefs, value and aware of this. It
could be also necessary for the health services staff for keeping demonstrate the knowledge of
various language, culture and so on. While diverse culture group including : aboriginal and/or strait
islander, culture practice and assess their needs in better manner.
