to be possessed through person for effectively enhancing the proficiency in performing various
practices professionally as well as academically. Moreover, this is vital for individuals to
practices as well as improves upon these competencies at continuous manner that would be
facilitating success as well as development within its career (Byrne, 2020). Moreover, the
academic skills are developed through students at the time of its studies into schools, institutions
and schools. Additionally, this involves keep understanding of several aspects as well as models

While employability skills allows person to assure success at work area as these competencies

effectiveness in assuring the success into the field of accounting and finance as this allows them
to acknowledge various aspects associated with circumstances through determining them in
critical manner.
At the time of learning a module I have learned as well as improved several competencies
as well as capabilities that assists them in becoming competent for being employed into its
expected jobs or career so that it may become successful into its lives as well as aids them to
contribute towards societal development. while learning module I have learnt various topics

related to accounting as well as finance which assisted me in improving my competencies so that
I could able to attain effective marks and develop continuous learning that provide me
confidence regarding my abilities so that I could become employable. By understanding these
topics in respect of finance as well as accounting I could effective able to apply for my expected
job profile into my preferable entity so that I could become successful into my overall life
through resolving issues effectually as well as utilising mu proficiency in appropriate way so that
I could attain my personal as well as professional objectives in efficient and efficacious way. The
topics that have assisted me in becoming highly employable are accounting and finance,
technical skills, creative skills, employability skills and others. These are some vital skills that
are developed into my whole employability within marketplace and environment so that I could
able to get my expected entity for effective position. During learning respective module I gain
knowledge about accounting and finance which incorporates the aspects of money, business and
management with focuses upon professional career into these field. As accounting associates
with analysis of information for various business aspects, while finance solely focused upon a
business monetary funds. All these help me to gain knowledge about various things into
accounting atmosphere.
In addition to this, from respective module I would also gained some skills that would be
effective for me into the field of accounting and finances. Some of the skills are technical skills
are considered as the set of capabilities or knowledge that is utilised for performing practical
activities into the field of accounting and finance as within this technical skills might also
considered to those who used through analysts who follow the process of technical analysis.
Along with this, I gained effective knowledge about technology that helps me to understand the
various accounting system for managing its accounting activities (Martínez-Cerdá, Torrent-
Sellens and González-González, 2020). Also, respective skills would assist into my professional
career as within respective accounting and finance environment different entities utilised updated
technology into their business such as Microsoft excel, data modelling programs, finance related
software and many more. Apart from this, it also aids me to obtain higher position into their
career. Within this field my technical skills would in future helps me to perform various effective
software in efficient manner. Such as Quickbooks is one of the maximum widely used pieces of
accounting software program among small agencies, with the web model by me boasting a few

solve those issues. Furthermore, it also assists me into my future professional development into
the field of accounting and finance. For example, my undertaking accounting profession so for it
I have to be analytical through nature. As Respective kind of accounting job this abilities aids

have a negative effect. Due to these issues and lack of skills I was not able to successfully or
effectively conduct the required set of practices in a significant manner. I have analysed that it is
important to determine weakness and issues which has negatively affected this performance as
well as influenced on overall functioning of the task. I have determined that due to lack of time
management capabilities I was not able to successfully or effectively conduct practices. Time
management skill can be described as the potential of a person to successfully or accurately
manage time in order to complete all task in the desired time frame. This is one of the essential
skills that are needed by an individual and it will lead to have direct influence over the potential
of a person to attain goals. I have analysed that lack of time management skill is one of the major
weaknesses that has negatively affected my performance. Due to this I was not able to complete
all task and practices of the project on the desired time frame. Because of the failure to complete
a needed task on time, there is a delay in completion of next task. I have analysed that it is very
important for enhance time management skill as well as develop accurate plan to successfully
manage task and time in the most effective manner. I have determined that there are other issues
that has influence my performance or capability to carry out this project significantly. I am weak
in critically analysing or determined different aspects and factor (Reedy and et. al., 2020). Lack
of critical analysis thinking will lead to affect over my potential to take correct decisions as well
as conduct task in a more effective manner. I have analysed that critical analysis is very
important skills that should be within a person in order to take correct or accurate decisions.
Critical analysis can be referring as the skill of a person to determine positive and negative
aspect of a factor in order to analyse its overall impact. This is very important in order to take
most accurate decision which is as per the required as well as help in improving overall
capabilities of an individual. Through this I have analysed that lack of time management skills
and critical analysing capabilities lead to affect on my performance and potential to carry out
tasks effectively.
As there are some skills which would develop problems into my future profession into the
accounting and finance field. In order to overcome from these skills and weakness such as time

management and critical skills. So, for improving time management competency, I initially first
required to track time that I spend on responsibilities, for knowing that I would have to get a
correct analyzing on how I am spending time during performing activities. Perhaps I would also
be discover that in which I am spending too much time on frivolous activities (including 2 hours
answering unimportant emails), in place of focusing on responsibilities which might be critical
and urgent (Sambell and Devine, 2020). In addition to this, I would have to analyze, gather, and
enlarge on certain time management competencies. So, that I could able to manage my time in
effective and efficient way and develop future career appropriately.
CONCLUSION
Apart from this, both academic and employability skills is effective for person’s
development and growth. Moreover, by performing these activities various knowledge and skills
are gained. Along with this, individuals can able to know about the strengths and weakness.
Moreover, some strategies assists individuals to overcome form these weakness and difficulties.
