 Academic skills can be defined as the essential skills that help an individual person in getting good
opportunities for future growth.
 Academic skills helps a person in learning new things and developing various skills such as, academic writing,
essay writing, reflective writing, report writing and scientific writing.
 These are some examples of the academic skills that are required at the higher education as sometimes in the
college if mail has to be send then a person should know how to draft mail and should write properly.
 Generally academic skills are developed at the school time as in the schools all these things are being taught.
