ON BEAUTY SALON

INTRODUCTION
• In order to address different employability and academic skills, it is needed to analysis properly so that it
could be beneficial for the student to analysis and make progress.
• This presentation will include the basic knowledge of swot analysis, time management tools and personal
development plan.

SWOT ANALYSIS
• Strength: I am very good in managing team and make high level of communication within the new market
of this industry.
• Weakness: in weakness I can say that i have very poor team management abilities, and many of the time in
my academic life it is analysed that i found difficulties in maintain healthy culture and team collaboration.
• Opportunities: there are lots of opportunities are rising in this sector of growth. With the help of good
development packages, joint venture with many small businesses in the local area and providing different
discounts.
• Threat: there are lots of high competition are arises due to increasing market demand and explosive nature
of growth.

TIME MANAGEMENT TOOL
• Time management is one of the important tool which are used by the student for understanding more about
the concept of time and helpful in analysing personal development plan.
• This will include a proper plan that must be related to effective time management and approaches due to
some major analysis of my own personal development plan.

to understand and compile with the nature of salon.
Within next 5 months When I tried to reduce my biases nature, I would be able to work within the team.
And try to being opened and share their feelings with each other’s.
Be more friendly nature I have learned online classroom, time management and team work skills. All of
these are try to implement on my nature and make friendly behaviour with others.
Another will help me to remove strictness with work ethics.
Within next 2 months This nature help my so much to work in the beauty salon and then I try to learned
to more friendly and make effective approaches for not to be in strict nature and
help every team member within the salon.

CONCLUSION
From the above presentation it is considered that, importance of employability skills are essential for the
students. This give them a better understanding and more knowledge which are related to different aspects. It
explain the knowledge of your own strength and weakness and a development plan which are helpful for
containing different skills and knowledge.
