SWOT analysis
Strengths
I possess positive attitude as I am quite dedicated to
accomplish my work and thus I focus upon building
my knowledge to grasp new things.
Also, I like to interact with individuals and thus it
helps me to develop genuine and friendly behaviour.
Weaknesses
Through evaluating my weaknesses, it can be assessed
that I am very short tempered and get frustrated easily.
Also, I get tensed so early if I do not find any solution
while evaluating any critical situation.
Opportunities
Further, I always try to improve my own skills and
knowledge so that best results can be attained.
Through better knowledge and learning skills I will be
working in a healthy and comfortable environment in
future and attain desired targets.
Hence, I try to develop my career effectively and attain
desired targets.
Threats
Main threat faced by me is related to relying upon
outdated study material and thus I lack in knowledge
regarding the needs and wants of my future
organization.
Also, unavailability of sufficient resources faces threat
in regard to improve the skills.

It is significant for me to develop my leadership

in managing certain team members therefore, I
need to develop my skill and thus attain desired
goals.
However, if all the team
members are highly
encouraged and thus able
to perform best targets
then it helps team leaders
to attain success.
Here, it is essential for me to read
different leadership novels and listen
to prominent personalities so that
leadership skills can be build. It can
be developed within the time frame
of 2-3 years.
Problem

Here, I face problems while delivering group
presentation as various conflicts arises among
team members. Thus, it is essential for me to
solve the conflicts among individuals and try to
overcome their issues in order to attain goals.
The success can be
measured here through

and thus attain desired
goals.
For this I need to read various
articles and journals and try to
overcome different problems faced
by individuals. It requires 6-7
months time period.
