INTRODUCTION
The academic and the professional skills of the people are essential for the success and
growth in their career. These skills are used for the effective and effect working of the business
by the people. Academic and the professional skills is used for the proper responding to the
needs and wants of the customer. This file involves the description about the sackler family
business which is a most famous painkiller drug oxycotin. Oxycotin is the pain killer of the
narcotic which is the long lasting reliever. This pain reliever is abused by the addict people who
crushed the medicine easily which have greater intense, controversy is sparking and legal actions
which against the purdue. This file determine that the company is successful or not without the
ethical issues. There are various ways to protect the organisation against the unethical behaviour
of the business.
Is organisation is successful when it is not ethical?
The business of the sackler family is the company of the pharmaceutical organisation.
This company is fully responsible for the production of the high addictive pills of the opioid
oxycotin. The sackler family business is the business of the narcotic reliever of the pain which
remains for the long in the human body and it affects the health of the people. Because of this
business the people got addicted from this oxycotin drugs and it affects their mental and physical
health of the people. The addicts of this drugs will crush the pills and faster easily and it results
in the deaths of the number of people (Keefe, 2017). This medicine kills the more then 100 of
people in the America and the number of the addicts in the America increases. The business will
get the success but it does not have image and goodwill of the company because the business is
killing the lots of the people of the America. The company will loses the trust of the customer in
their business because they did not explains the whole truth of the medicine (Mercer, 2019). The
sackler business family loses the share of the market because of not telling the whole truth of the
drug to the customer.
The revenue of the company increases by without the proper ethics business but they
didn't get the goodwill in the minds of the people. This kind of the business is not goof and
effective for the present and future generation of the people. This unethical practices of the
sackler family business affects the reputation of the business and results in the major deaths of
the people of the America. Because of the negative effects and reputation of the sackler family
business no company could wanted to deal with them (Van Way III, 2019). Unethical ways are
