MAIN BODY Benefits of team working Team working is collaborative effort made by group of individuals for the purpose of attaining common objectives along with completing tasks in efficient along with effective ways. It is characterised as an act in which an individual collaborate work with other people for meeting certain aims and goals in determined time schedule (Kaur and Talwar, 2016). In all companies, the concept is important as it motivates its colleagues to execute workings in coordination and collaboration to each other. Team working generally benefits in enhancing efficiency, potentials for emphasising distinct minds in similar issues and mutual support. In present era, all individuals, companies and many more rely on team workings. Team working improves collaboration among people and achieving common goals by supporting ideas of other members that leads to building trusts and effective relations in workplaces. Moreover, team work also helps in generating pooler ideas addition to improving understanding about views of others(Norris, 2019). The greatest benefit of team working is collaboration of diverse skills which are brought together by team. It enhances efficiency as when more than two people work together they are able to complete it in short duration and in effective aspect.Also benefits in optimim utilisation of distinct persona attribute knowledge together with skills to generate advance and innovative ideas. Reasons for advantages to work in team Working in a team is advantages to an individual because of several reasons. The first is that team work creates synergy in the person that work effectively with other ones to gain objectives. When an individual is able to execute actions through working in team, they gains 1
huge knowledge about several ideas and manners in which workings can be done in different manner that results in huge energy for making new discoveries of workings in entities. Furthermore, team work promotes sense of equity, achievement together with camaraderie that is necessary for motivated workplace. So, another reason for advantages of working in team is promoting the essentials that are required for motivated workplace. Working in team helps people to learn from mistakes made by others. This is another reason for benefits of working in team as this makes people of company effective enough to avoid errors, discover new concepts from experienced colleagues and gain insight from distinct perspectives(Osborn and Paul, 2018). Addition to this, teams working expands skills sets and finding effective approaches with solutions for the tasks that are in hand. Arguments with researched examples Team working is cooperative effort which is made by individuals of groups to work towards common interest. Organisations focuses on building teams so that all employees work with others and learn new mechanisms to execute day to day working or handle critical tasks.
