Urban Park is very significant in promoting or influencing healthy lifestyle between local
people. In economic perspective, the urban park is helpful in job creation, attracting new
organisation and also helpful in tax pay to government. In environmental perspective, the urban
park aids assistance in reducing pollution level and increasing sustainability for local residents
who live in city. In social perspective, it is assessing that urban park is helpful in community
development and increasing physical as well as psychological well being of individual person
live in community (Moran and Gardner, 2018).

INTRODUCTION
Urban Park is determined as a park which is located in city and other incorporated places to
provide recreation as well as general space to residents, visitors, and to municipality. Therefore,
urban Park is more important to fight pollution, influencing bio-diversity within city and assist to
control temperature & humidity in an appropriate manner. Green Zone within city centre is
important for social cohesion during particular phase of time period. The concept related to
urban park is it is an open space related to community that is adopted in 19th century but it is
important that they live in town & city around globe. In addition to this, it is determined as a
park in which it is determined as a most sustainable method of integrating island of pollution as
well as heat and also producing oxygen, vegetation, trees that help in controlling temperature&
humidity.
The other benefit of having urban Park is to decrease ultraviolet radiation and also it help in
decreasing noise that is arise from road traffic and generate voices from plants & from animals.
Therefore, their main purpose is to focus on recreational event and in different cases they provide
diverse facility related to cultural value. There are various benefit of urban park that involve
increasing air quality & temperature by generating cooling effect and also it help in reducing or
decreasing carbon emission, prevention of flood, promoting or influencing biodiversity and so
on. In addition to this, there are different challenges of having urban Park is that understanding
use of urban parks, budget constraint and lack of proper cost, appropriate analysis is determined
as a measure example of urban parks. In this report, there is a discussion regarding the effect of
environmental perspective on pollution, effect of economic element on job creation, attraction of
new organisation to that area and also they provide description in respect of social perspective
that is related to community improvement. In addition to this, they also provide description in
respect of maximum benefit & minimising impact of urban parks (Baytiyeh, 2017).
