Executive Summary
Urban park is the green structure that is being made in the metropolitan area. It is a
delineated open park space area which covers the vegetation and water. It is being largely being
made for the public. This park is going top be designed in the city and it will have various
economical, social and environmental impact there are several benefits of the park like economic
benefit is job creation, cost to tax payer and attraction of new business. The social benefits are
gentrification, community development while the environmental benefits are temperature control
and maintaining biodiversity. In this report there has been recommended that the building of
concourse, stage theatre and environmental awareness programmes can be made.

INTRODUCTION

and techniques. Urban park is the metropolitan public park it aims out to be the important park
which is being incorporated in all the areas in order to remove the pollution. The main aim
behind this park is to increase the production of oxygen and with that to provide all the services
to the individuals like sports activities, cultural areas, playing space etc (Chen and et. al., 2018).
The urban park will there by deliberately helps out to attain several benefits like outdoor spaces
and will remove the pollution in the environment. Urban park helps out to maintain the
biodiversity in all the areas and creates a major effective environment in which they maintains
the global and the green zone area which accord to imply all the important aspects needed for the

benefits of the urban park is that it helps to create a calm and soothing environment in all the

From the above analysis, the recommendations made are as follows: Recommendation 1: It is recommended that the park must have a concourse which can
be used when in need. The government can use that place for various activities and can
generate profit out of it which can be used in further improvements at the park. The
concourse will add value to the park and in future it can also be converted into a small
garden to relax and enjoy. Recommendation 2: It is recommended that the park must include a place which can be
used as a theatrical venue or stage. This way the people of community can have activities
together which will be helpful in creating bond between the people. This will increase in
the community engagement and also will be beneficial for the development of society.
Recommendation 3: It is recommended that the park may have a programmes that spread
and create environmental awareness. This can be done by conducting events and letting
people know of the importance of environment. The government can also make people
learn, how the trees are planted and various other such activities. This will raise
awareness and also people will be motivated through which the environment will get
better.
