INTRODUCTION
Olympic Games can be termed as that athlete festival which is organised in order to
increase the awareness about the sports and games. It is considered as a world for most sport
competition which includes more than 200 Nations. In current time number of nations is
participating in it where they compete to each other in different sports. The international
Olympic committee is responsible for hosting Olympics as well as conducting it in an
appropriate manner. It considered more than 26 events and sports which are covered under
300 different events.in context of the present report that is discussion about the impact of
Olympic Games on tourism hospitality and event industry. There is also a discussion about
the event of Olympic pic on environment of the country which is hosting that event. There is
also discussion on the impact of Olympic on the society.

Olympic Games have been hosted in London in 2012. The aim of these London Olympic is to
bring different countries together in order to perform the sports and game activity. The game
acted as a way of displaying unites between different countries and also boost the tourism of
the country. This impacted positively on the tourism of London as well as help in different
ways. Some of these are discussed below:
Economic boost: Olympic act as an economic booster for the country which is
hosting the Olympic Games. These are helpful to the economy in increasing the employment
opportunity as well as bringing flow of money. This also impact on tourism industry where it
will generate number of a positive for tourism organisation and help in increasing their
functions. This also increases the GDP growth of the country which reduces the financial
instability risk within the country and help the tourism organisation to work.
Create awareness: one more function is performed by this is related to creating
awareness. Under this Olympic Games help the tourism industry in creating awareness about
the destination. This also helps in increasing number of opportunities for the tourism
