INTRODUCTION Personal development is about various tasks and activities through which many person can identify the potential and skills (Best and Kahn, 2016). Hence individual can know their talent and thus they can improve themselves and raise their standard. Hence as a result they can easily improve the,selves and can enhance their skills.Assignment describes about the own strengths and weakness. It also describes about the oral and written sources and paraphrasing and summarizing this data. I also explains about the planning research and data used for research activity. Both primary and secondary data is used with various sources which are used ion research. It also describes about the targets, process and factors through which objectives can be accomplished. TASK 1 Iassess my own strength and tries to remove the weakness. Thus I have many opportunities through which I can imp rive my skills (Sekaran and Bougie, 2016). There are different threats which can come in my career. But I try to capture many opportunities and try to convert my weakness into my own strengths. I take many steps to convert my weakness into my strength which helps me a lot in my career growth and development. This is the reason I have performed SWOT analysis. I can also watch motivation movies and read good quotations in Internet. Thus as a result I can think of different thoughts and hence I can easily interacts with many people. This helps to regain many good thoughts which directly improves my knowledge. Hence I can easily communicate with all persons. I can keep store all good information and data in my database so that I can continuously read in all days. This helps in generating many new thoughts in my mind. Thus as a result I can easily share mu views and thoughts with my friends and colleagues. This also helps in presenting my information and data in front of may people in presentations or in any other seminar (Gordon, and Steele 2015). TASK 3 I have performed the segmentation, targetting and positioning analysis is that company can maintain unique position in the market (Jordan, 2017). Thus through this process company 3
can easily position itself in the market. Segmentation, targetting and positioning is described below: Segmentation: In this whole populations is segmented on basis of many criteria. It is crucial step as ten only company can create targetting and positioning strategies. As a result companyhassegmentedthewholepopulationonbasisofdifferentcriteriasuchas geographically, demographically and behaviourally and psychological factors. Thus company has first applied the geographical basis on which they have segmented the whole population on basis of cities, town and villages (Zee and Koomen, 2016). Then it can divide on basis of demographic basis such as age, sex and sex of population. This helps me segmenting the whole population in different criteria. I can also segment the whole population on various other criteria such as behaviour many people. I have evaluated the attitude, lifestyle of may people and divide whole population on this criteria . I have also segmented the whole population on other criteria such as psychological factors in which I have observed the perception and thinking of many people. Targetting:In this process I have targeted to particular section of population. Company has targetted to young people and adults. Thus a a result they can create effective and efficient strategies so that they can maintain unique position in minds of all people. After segmentation only targetting process can be done. Thus in whole population only young and adults are particular targetted by the company. Through this it give many advantages to company such as it can create positioning strategies and by targetting to particular group, firm can directly increase their sales. Positioning strategies:Company can create effective positioning strategies to position their products in market and in minds of all users. It can use price and quality positioning so that all people can easily purchase the product. They can use price penetration in which company charges low prices on initial stage so that it can increase their sales. It can also use quality positing in which it can deliver the superior quality of products to all users. Through this positioning strategies it can generate more profits (Kochenkova, Grimaldi and Munari,2016). Thus it can directly expand their operations in many countries. It can also guide and motivate employees so that they can easily sell products. Sources of data:Company uses secondary research to collect this data and information. They have performed research on Internet to segment the whole population and for the targetting 4
and positioning strategies (Lewis, 2018). They can also search on Internet the demand of product and behaviour of various customers. Afterwards they have selected a product. Then it has performed segmentation,targetting and positioning strategies. Hence through this source firm can gain more revenues. TASK 5 Personal development plan is created so that person can easily identify the strengths. Thus as a result they can easily improve the weakness. In the personal development plan the development gaols are mentioned. The methods and ways to achieve them are mentioned. Date of evaluating our own performance, progress made till review and further corrective steps to improve the performance is also mentioned. The date of accomplishing the target is also mentioned. These all points are mentioned in PDP. It is crucial so that person can identify their targets and of the do not have achieved in that particular time then they can easily take corrective actions to accomplish that goal (Robson and McCartan, 2016). It leads to overall development and growth of a particular person.
