INTRODUCTION
Training and development is an essential management practice which is helpful in
enhancing the skills, knowledge and competences of employees and enhance their learning
through which overall productivity of organizations can be enhanced (Arkoudis, 2018).
Training and development can be applied with the help of different approaches and
methodology and is an effective practice through which business can improve employee
knowledge and their skills. This report will outline the training and development proposal of
the organization.
Research aim- To determine the training and development methods in order to enhance
employee performance and productivity in business environment.
Research objectives-
 To understand the training and development practices in order to enhance the employee
skills and performance.

Rationale
The purpose of selecting “Training and Development” as the topic for this study is to
understand the approach of training and development and how this can be followed by an
organization in order to enhance the organizational effectiveness and productivity. The
motive behind selecting training and development was to understand the concepts of training
and development practices and how such practices can be helpful in enhancing the skills,
performance and overall organizational efficiency (Bahreman and Swoboda, 2016). Through

this report, we can evaluate the training and development methods which can be implemented
by an organization and analyze the most effective training and development technique for
business which has driven most positive impacts on the organization. Through evaluating the
raining and development methodologies, this report will be helpful in evaluating how these
methods can support in bringing required change and positive transformation to the business.
with the help of training and development, this can support in enhancing organization
efficiency ad make business maintain their competitive position in highly dynamic and
competitive industry (Stephenson and et.al, 2015). Through implementing training and
development practices, this will help business in facing the talent gap and bringing that gap
with required development practices. The company can also organize improvement sessions,
train employees, develop and prioritize strategies which can enhance employee skills and
performance and make business undergo through all technological updates and required
transformation for meeting desired performance standards, organizational objectives and to
face competitive business environment.
CONCLUSION
From the information quoted above, it can be stated that training and development is
an essential practice which can be helpful in enhancing employee skills, performance,
increase their knowledge and improve organizational productivity and efficiency. Training
and development can be incorporated in business via different methodologies which will be
helpful in making business progress towards meeting their desired objectives and gain
competitive advantages through which they can sustain in the industry for longer time span.
