Overview
Academic and Employability skills can be considered as set of various
attributes that are needed to be possessed through persons in order to
effectively maximise proficiencies in performing numerous practices
academically and professionally. Moreover, this is much essential for
individuals’ activities and develops upon these competencies constantly
that could be facilitating opportunities for success and development into
its career. For instance, they may attain professional classes and it should
also perform jobs within few health and care industry. Additionally, to
assure the progress line of work, this becomes essential or individuals for
possessing numerous skills that renders them with effectualness and
effectiveness into its works.

Intended career - 2-3 responsibilities and several skills
Health care assistant mainly cares for patients into hospitals,
residential care provider or patient’s home. Its accountabilities
incorporates helping patients along with regular practices,
checking crucial signs and aids nursing staff when essential.
