INTRODUCTION
Reflection refers to those process which is used by the person to reflects the personal
experience which they have made by doing particular activity in their life. It is one of the most
important and valuable tool of the academics which also helps the person in their professional
career. The development of different types of skills in the personality of the individual has
played important role in their success and growth in the market . There are different types of
skills are present in the market which should be present in the personality of the individual so
that their growth activities can be done in effective manner. This module is based on the
personal reflection in relation to the experience which is followed by completing this module.
This report includes brief discussion related to the development skills from this module. This
report also included brief discussion related to difficulties faced while doing this module.

What you have learned in the module
This module provides effective and valuable learnings and experiences in my life which
are very helpful for me to develop different types of skills in my personality. This module is
based on the scope and trends of new and advance technology which are very helpful for making
the process easy in the organisation (Badenhorst and Ndlovu, 2019). This module enables me to
make great efforts for the achievement of goals and objectives. It helps me to find the inner
qualities of my personality which are very helpful for me to develop different types of skills in
my personality and the brief discussion related to the same are given below:
 One of the most important thing which I have developed from this module is self
confidence which is very important for the success in academic as well as in professional
career. At the time when I started this module I feel very difficulties and not able to
perform them in effective manner. But after sometime when this project becomes
habitual the feeling of confidence are developed which plays important role in further
life. It is very beneficial for me to have such amount of confidence in my personality.
 The another thing which I have learned from this module is handling of pressure which is
one of the important part of life. The module which I have covered in class has contained
different types of wicked situations which creates mess and tremendous pressure in the
same. It is very important for me to deal such type of problems in effective manner so

that it becomes possible to acquire knowledge and learning. I have faced such type of
pressure which demotivate me towards the achievement of module goals and objectives.
It is very important for me that I have use such type of knowledge in my further life.
(Marshall, 2019) which helps me to find the solution of such type of problems in
effective manner.
 This module has contained different types of data and multiple matrices which has
developed the knowledge of the numerics in my personality. The knowledge and skills
which I have developed in relation to the data and the numbers becomes life changing
skills of mine which has provided me better opportunity for the growth in the future. It is
very important for me that I have increase this type of knowledge by better practise and
proper motivation so that it becomes possible for me to solve such type of problem in my
further life. This type of information and skills are very important for the mental as well
as career developing the future.
 One of the valuable learning which I get from this module is that it helps me to increase
my general knowledge. This particular module has contain has many key areas which are
based on different topics of the general knowledge. It is very important for me that I have
-practised in effective knowledge so that it becomes important for me to manage and use
such type of knowledge in my personality which has provided me opportunity for the
growth in the market. One of the key advantage for the development of general
knowledge in my personality is that it helps me to perform different type of competitive
exams in my career. The development of the general knowledge helps me to secure the
separate place in world which makes special benefits for me in future.
 This module are very helpful for me to develop different skill such as employability skills
and many more. The development of the skills in my personality has played important
role for me because it helps me to grab different types of opportunities in the market.
 Modular learning teach the students values, not specific lessons which is repetitive. There
are simply training which aren't observed with inside the modules however the college
students study this pandemic. These are the values of creating an effort, time
management, field and experimentation (Haan, 2019). If it is taken into account the
engagement capability of children, modular distance is extra convenient. It is tons on
hand for the type of scholars with inside the community. It can cater scholars who can not

have enough money devices and net connectivity on the way to be utilized in on-line
class. This is the suitable studying modality in our community. Students the use of the
modular studying method considerably elevated the educational overall performance of
the scholars. It additionally exhibited that from the exclusive studying regions inclusive
of Mathematics, Science and English rational upgrades with inside the instructional
overall performance of the scholars who used the modular studying method.
The specific skills you have acquired.
There are different are present which is developed in my personality due to the
completion of this module. This module has played important role for the personality
development of me because it helps me to maintain the level of intelligence in my personality. It
is very important for me that I have analyse different type of skills and try to develop them (Kim,
Pecore and Fortune, 2022). There are some skills are present such as communication skills,
information skills, decision making skills and time management skills. The brief discussion
related to those skills which I have developed in my personality are given below:
Communication skills:- It is related to those skills of the individual which is used by them to
interact with different types of persons. It is one of the most important and valuable skill of the
individual which are very helpful for them to develop effective relations in the market. At the
time when I was doing this module many chances are developed which makes me more
comfortable while doing interaction in the market.
Information technology skills :- It refers to those skills which enables the person to use
different types of technology in their working (Lachman and Wittich, 2018). As we all know that
there are different types of new and advance technology came in the market which provides
effective growth to the person. If the person are having information technology skills then it
becomes easy for them to achieve different types opportunities in the market.

What difficulties you encountered in the study of the module and what in your estimation caused
them.
Problems are often an unavoidable but is considered as a significant part of the process of
learning. This seems specifically so for complex conceptual learning. In the study of the given
module, the main challenges that have been encountered by me include poor interest connection,
self-studying, lack of sleep as well as time for the purpose of answering all the modules because
of the larger number of activities, distractions and lack of focus. I have also faced the problems
regarding the development of the multiple skills as well as the capabilities such as time
management skills, problem-solving skills, decision-making skills, critical and analytical
thinking skills and many more (Pilapitiya and Peiris, 2021). There are also many other problems
that are faced by me during the module and these issues consist of low level of motivation,
difficulty in concentrating, difficulty in remembering facts and figures, lack of appropriate
resources and many others. While studying the module, I have encountered the problem of
ineffective time management skills as I was not able to complete a particular activity within a
specific period of time. Because of which I was not unable to concentrate on different subjects as
well as concepts that are given within the module. Another problem that was faced by me
include problem-solving skill as I am poor at this skill and due to which I was not able to solve
my problems on my own. This becomes significant for a student like me to have such kind of
skill as it will provide assistance to me in the process of identification of the problems along with
brainstorming the possible solutions to the problem. The development of this kind of skill will
also help me within the employment in identifying as well as exploiting the opportunities within
the workplace and exert control over the future. Problem-solving skills and problem-solving
processes are the crucial part of daily life both as an individual and organisations. Another
problems that I have faced within the module include that I was having low motivation in
studying the module. This low motivation has reduced my efficiency to perform the work and
made me ineffective as well as inefficient personnel. I had also faced the problem of lack of
appropriate and effective resources and this problem was creating a major issue for me while
studying the module. Lack of financial resources and many other resources that were required
within the process of studying the module was scarce and because of which I was not able to do
proper study of the module. These were some of the problems that I have faced while studying
the module.

How were you able to overcome the difficulties and what strategies you found helpful
In order to overcome the difficulties, I will take appropriate, corrective and effective
actions that will help me in getting rid of the problems that have been faced by me while
studying the module. For avoiding the distractions, I would create a right environment for the
learning which should be a relatively easy solution which will provide assistance to me in
overcoming the power of all such external distractions (Stuebs, Miller and Mintz, 2021). I will
eliminate the things I know to be my weaknesses from my workplace. In order to overcome the
problem of lack of concentrating, I will break down the whole task into smaller parts which will
become more easy for me to achieve my goals and objectives. In order to properly manage my
activities with the time, I will prepare time table in which I will allot a specific time to a specific
activity so that I will complete it in a set time period. I will also become more organised and will
keep a list of what I require to be done and by when. These are some of the strategies which will
provide assistance to me in overcoming the above discussed problems.
CONCLUSION
It is concluded from this report that reflection has provide many opportunities to the
individual for their growth and development in their life. There are different types of skills are
mentioned in this report such as communication skills, decision making skill and many more are
concluded in this report. This report concludes various difficulties faced by me while doing this
project and their considerable solution also.
