INTRODUCTION
Academic skill may be defined as those skill and abilities which assist the students to pursue
different types of academic lesson such as learning, report writing, research and presentation.
communication, time management, planning and technical are some of the capabilities which
help an individual to achieve a successful position in life (Patra and Das, 2019). The following
report is going to cover the full description of academic integrity and its importance in the higher
education. This report also covers the implication of academic misconduct and the difficulties
which are faced while developing the game. In the end, this report also reflects on the skills
develop during the making of game.

An introduction of academic integrity: -
Academic integrity refers to those features which comprises of different standard in
practices to complete all the academic work in a very effective manner with in the institution.
This is basically the seriousness of ethics and values which is totally related to the fundamental
guiding and activity of the research in the organization. With the help of this the student and the
employees of the company get the new ides and understanding which assist them in getting
innovation in their working (Mahabeer and Pirtheepal, 2019). This is bifurcate in three elements
like research, teaching and facilities. It is very important for the student, teacher and he
researchers of the academic area to maintain their trust and honesty in terms of work.
Disobeying the rule of academic integrity is the main reason of arising the academic misconduct.
A discussion of the importance of academic integrity in higher education
Academic integrity is basically the commitment which are given by the teachers, students
and workers in order to provide the honesty and attitude towards the academic career. This is
being considered as the base of research, learning and teaching with in the institution and also
assist the student in generating new ideas and opinion during the time of working. Following are
the importance of the academic integrity for lecturers, organization and students has been
discussed below: -
Students: - for the students, academic integrity may be defined as the generating the ethical
decision, asking questions and monitoring. It is very authentic in learning and believing the staff

members which help in making up their inspiration environment. This comprises of mutual
respect with the student and spirit to evaluates their faults which make them more responsible.
These practices assist them in making their future bright (Muthukamatchi and Veerachamy,
2021). These standards also assist the employees of the company to become more responsible
individual. With the help of maintaining academic integrity at the time of pursuing the higher
education this assist in achieving success position in life.
Lectures: - an important role has been played by the teacher in providing and guiding the trust,
ethics and fairness to the students. In the global management the lectures are being
considered as the first person which are communicate to the pupils. This help in motivating
the people which assist them in understanding the ned of academic integrity. It is very
important for a teacher to reduce the different types of difficulties in examination and also
motivate the student to complete the task with utmost honesty.
Management: - during the time of managing the higher education it is very important for the
employees of the company to carry out the task with full honesty and productivity. This is done
with the help of academic integrity (Levine and Pazdernik, 2018). It is very essential for an
organization to develop an optimistic learning; this allows the students as well the teacher to
learn the new things with more confidence. In addition to this academic integrity also included
the exercises and policies with in the institution which need to applied to all the students in
relation to the gender, caste, religion or gender. This gives proper understanding to employees of
the company which help them in gaining more and more perks due to academic integrity. Along
with this, this also help in gaining more and more reputation with in the community which help
in making huge impact on the efficient student which assist in evolving their skill.
Importance in examination: - this is being considered as the crucial element which not only
help in checking the knowledge of student but also help in understanding the effectiveness
of the teacher lecture. This is done on the basis which shows the possession of knowledge by
the teacher and student.
