Introduction
Academic skills refers to the abilities as well as skills which supports students to pursue
several academic lessons like learning, presentation, report writing and also research. As
there are various capabilities like communication, time management, planning and
technical capabilities. The following report will include description of the academic
integrity and its significance in the higher education and entailment in the higher
education. In addition to this, it will include implication of academic misconduct and
moreover to this, it will cover issues in making the skills and also skills which are learner
in the academic period in making the game.
Section 1
An Introduction including a description of Academic Integrity
Academic integrity refers to the features which includes various standards in
practices to finish the academic work with commitment at the institution. It is the
seriousness of the committed ethics and values which are related to the fundamental
learning, guiding and the activity of the research in the company. It provides freedom
to students and their staff people to get the new creative ideas, understanding and
get innovation in their working by monitoring and also by following others. It is
divided in three elements for like research, teaching and facilitates. It is assumed
from the researchers, students as well as from teachers of the academic area to
maintain their trust, honesty, roles, respect and terms in the work. Violation of rules
of the academic integrity is also known as the academic misconduct.
A discussion of the importance of academic integrity in higher
education
Academic integrity is the commitment which are given by the teachers, students and
employees to provide honesty and moral attitude towrads the academic career. It is the base
need of the research, learning and teaching in the institution and provide freedom to the
students to attain new ideas, opinion and understanding at the time of working. As there are
few kind of the values, respect, social control, bravery which assist them to manage their
creative actions and thoughts. As there are various importance of the academic integrity for
lecturers, organization and students which are mentioned below:

 Students – For the students, academic integrity refers to the making ethical decisions,
monitoring guidance and asking questions. It should be authentic in learning, fair in
trying, believing the staff in which they can make up their inspiration environment. It
includes mutual respect with the students and spirit to evaluates their faults and
become more responsible for their practices in which they will have belief in them
and it will assist them to make their future bright. Such standards also assist workers
to be more responsible people as well as good students. By maintaining academic
integrity at the time of pursuing higher education which shows an effectual academic
to carry by in order to execute.
 Lectures – Teachers plays an essential role in providing and guiding trust, ethics,
fairness and roles. Lecturers are the first person of the global management which are
going to communicate with their pupils and also shows that in them also. By
becoming motivation of the people or for their students which helps them to
understand the need of the academic integrity. Teachers need to be ready to decline
the several difficulties in examinations and motivate kids to attain their task with
proper honesty.
 Management – At the time of managing higher education organization, it is crucial to
take on the honesty of community and other employees of the institution for their
effectual functioning. It may be attained by academic integrity which is essential to
develop optimistic learning circumstance which permits students and teachers to learn
their things with more confidence. Another thing which include academic integrity in
the institution which is exercises and policies that need to be applied appropriately to
all the students in context to the gender, caste, religion or gender which gives
understanding and knowledge about several policies to all employees by which they
can gain more perks because of the academic integrity. It also assist them to gain
more reputation in the community which assist them to impact on the effectual
students which can provide them in enhancement of skills and money.
 Importance in examination – It has the crucial element to check the knwoledge of
the students and teaching effectiveness of the lectures. It it is operated in biased wau
then it shows that they possess low values in the students and also in the teachers as
well.

Discuss the implications of academic misconduct
Academic misconduct – Academic misconduct refers to the legislation of cheating
which comes in appropriate academic way. Several institutions take various actions
of the academic misconduct seriously as well as effectually and it also ensures that
they operate their academic task with effectiveness and also in the efficient manner.
Usually, it refers to such practices which provides unfair as well as honorary
academic perks to the students in comparison to others. As there are various acts
which includes in the misconduct in the academic work for like falsity of the
information, plagiarism, contract of violating and cheating of unofficial way to clear
their exams in order to get the unfair perks. As there are kind of academic
misconduct which are mentioned below:
 Plagiarism – It refers to the copying the data of someone else without any
permission of the authorized person. In some of the cases, identification of the
author is discovered then it will be the considered as academic misconduct as
plagiarism practice.
 Collusion - It means to the misconduct in which work in coordinating
manner and it is given as the individual of the goal.
 Falsity of data – Falsity is refers to the misconduct in which the info of
discovery with the goal of impacting the figures of research.
In accordance to the various department of the academic misconduct like institutions are
obliged on charge the students if they are found guilty and few effect of the academic
misconduct.

Reflect on the steps you have taken, and difficulties encountered in
producing the game for Project 2
In order to develop the effective game different types of steps has been taken
by me in which divers sort of difficulties are enlisted. When I was studying in the
university for the personal development a task for producing the game has been

allotted to me. The game which have been designed by me is help in removing the
academic misconduct, plagiarism and misbehavior. The task which have been
assigned is basically a team task. In the starting of the game design different types
of difficulties has been faced by me like working with other, communicating with
other and many more (Wang, and Bai, 2021). The game has been completed in the
different sections like in the starting of designing the game a meeting has been been
planned by me to share the different ideas in relation to the development of the
game. In designing of the different types of difficulties has been face by us because
of the lack of suitable structure. Due to which the effectiveness of whole game has
been affected. Lack of coordination among the team members, lake of knowledge
about the assignment and many more are the most important factor which impact the
overall assignment. During the designing of the game lack of technical terms has
been seen by me due to which the team members are not able to think the
innovative idea for the development of the game which remove the plagiarism and
avoid the academic misconduct form the student.
As we are designing a game which remove the plagiarism, academic
misconduct and behavior, different types of question has been designed by us which
ultimately help in decreasing the academic misconduct and plagiarism. To involve
the fundamental factor in our game, grade level has been conducted by me which
take lots of time (Lacity, 2021). For the testing of the game no outside player has
been taken by us. For the designing of the game up graded documentation not been
utilized by us due to which several issues has been faced by us. Some decision
which have been taken by us in relation to the development of the game has gone in
the wrong direction due to which we are not able to complete the assignment within
the set time limit.
Reflect on the skills you have learned this academic year and those
emphasized in producing your game
During the designing of the game different types of skills has been developed
and evolved by me which help me in achieving a successful position in life. With the
help of these abilities I am able to set the target and along with this achieve them in
a very effective manner. Skills which have been developed by me has been
discussed below :-

 Leadership skills :- As the task which have been assigned to us is group activity due
to which leadership skill has been developed with in me. With the help of this skill I
am able to guide and influence my team members towards the achievement of the set
target. Different types of challenges has been faced by me during the development of
this game with the help of this skill I am able to face these challenges (Hall, Masters,
and Ordway, 2021) .
 Time management :- during the development to game time management skill has
been developed by me which help me in completing the assigned work within the set
time limit. With the help of this skill I am able to divide the given task among my
team members in a very effective manner. Due to which task has been completed with
utmost responsibilities.
 Communication skills :- during the designing of the game communication skill is
also been developed within me. With the help of this skill I am able to communicate
my thought and ideas to my team members in a very effective manner. In addition to
this with the development of this skill with in me help me to know the point of view
of other people (Wu, and Wang, 2021)
Conclusion
From the above report it has been concluded that, in order to enjoy the
competitive benefits it is very important for an individual to understand the procedure
of academic integrity. With the help of academic integrity an individual is able to
develop effective slandered in their academic work. In an individual life a significant
role has been played by academic integrity due to which a successful position has
been achieved by them. During the exam in the universities academic misconduct
activities like plagiarism, misbehavior, unfair actions has been done by the student.
In developing the game different type of difficulties has been faced by the candidate
like lack to technicality, coordination , resource and many more. Due to which
different types of skills has been developed which also been concluded in this report.
