INTRODUCTION In the scholarly life of individual person , the educational artefacts plays the crucial role by providing the development and learning. The personal development plan is a blue print in which the individual develops the necessary skills(Lau.,2019). This project will cover a case study on poor stress management can impact the lifestyle and well beingof a student. Further it will also tells us about the numerous way of managing stress and anxiousness.
ASSESSMENT 1 REFLECTIVE SUMMARY The growth in learning plays the significant role in the professional and personal life. I agree with this as it plays the necessary role in a person life towards shaping them and growth in academically . The learning and development we get towards the subject matter is the key towards overall growth(Hasan.,2018). According to my opinion, reflection is the best form to evaluate the own assessment related to learning and development. I have written the reflection in a precise manner. In order to inculcate the self learning it is important to take the aid of personal development plan. I had a very optimistic view about reflection and development practice. I have undertaken the help of two reflection approaches Gibbs and kolas ways of learning . Development plan I strongly agree that development is a effective approach for developing the efficient skills of an individual. With the assistance of personal development an individual can have the edge over others. Personally my major focus is on time management, problem solving and strategic planning(Alotaibi.,2020). Moro ever thecommunication skills will give a boost in my career. I have also made the specific time period for achieving all the objectives. Skill 1 In this first skill my focal point is informational and communication technology which will help me knowing the insight knowledge related to technology as well implementing in a systemic and precise way . Skill 2 The major focus was to increase and improve my decision making power which will help me making the important decisions related to distinctive problems. Moreover it will enhance my focusing capability. skill 3 In this skill I improved my critical thinking skills which helped me in providing the efficient and effective solutions majorly this helped me in academic and professional life in order to see more growth in this there are helping assistance such as teacher and professors .

There are numerous institution which focus on eradicating the stress and anxiousness for maintain the student well being . There are the classes conducted regarding stress management . Stress has it own disadvantage as it cause theemotional instability in a student life. Recently the proper guidance has been given to the students to focus on stress management as well as the proper strategic action plan is formulated by the teachers to achieve their goals in a very structural manner . Mental health directly affects the physical health as booth are equally essential to functions . Motivation can play a driving force in individual well being . The improperly managing stress can lead to deterioration of health and their academic life . There are significant
and beneficial exercise such as yoga and brisk walking . There are distinctive sort of movement to manage the stress and anxiety level. ï‚·yoga :To do some sort of physical movement is necessary for maintaining the physical and mental state as it reduces the stress. The student should keep their focal point in time table and following the proper way to make the development . All the individual who has been able to eradicate the stress mainly has made their position in the market place . The major responsibility of a child is to use the creative ways to develop the efficient methods . By all these the it brings the firmness in mental health . ï‚·Sharing problems:This approach has been proven quite beneficial as the child should share their problems and resolve their issue by telling their story who they think can be trust worthy and can give worthy suggestions . It is important for student to be vocal and frank, comfortable by sharing it(Browning.,2019). Sharing your thoughts with close one caters them in their future goals. ï‚·Positive sleeping time and schedule:The child should must follow the proper sleeping schedule as the eight hrs. sleep can help them to work maleficent and effectively and they can give their best to the day performing activities . Today's the sleeping time are also measure by using the developed techniques and incorporating the application in your phone can make things much easier for a child to manage their sleep. ï‚·Time management:This plays the key role as all the factors are dependent on it if the child knows how to manage the time accordingly task seem easier and individual can perform without taking the stress of deadline . Time management not benefits the individualist in academic life but in personal life too. By learning this individual develop life longing skills . CONCLUSION From the above discussion it can undertaken that mental health and physical health goes hand on hand for any individual student . The advantages the we get after learning the time direction skills it enhance and improves the existing skills as well as it helps in gaining other skills .
