Communication Importance of communication in establishing effective team Effective communication plays an important role in sharing the plans, ideas, thoughts and opinions to the various team members. This communication channel is very cost-effective as it does not charge any cost while using it for the purpose of communication. Team can easily co-ordinates on the whats app by making the particular group in which the leader can assign the duties andconveysthenewideastoeachmemberoftheteam.Thistoolof communication is very effective in order to communicate with each and every member of the employees. Team Meetings (where/how will you meet? How often? How will they be run?) Due to covid 19 and different dynamics among the team members such as work, child care, travel etc, the team agreed to utilize online meeting platforms so as to accommodate everyone The team meetings will be conducted online via whats app, Messages are being sent into the groups before the starting of the meeting. Team used to come on the whats app video calls to co-ordinate with the each other. It is very effective way to communicate as every team member can have face to face interactions with the each other. A lot of skills are required to be an effective students such as communication, time management, decision makingand team working. These are the four crucial skills which sets great advantage to for on learning in the university. The college provide a lot of opportunities to take participate in the debates, group activities role plays and a lot of activities which involve people interaction, learning new knowledge and join university programs for consultancy. Therefore, the skills will be utilize here effectively to cooperate with other students and make their opinion valuable and listened. Time management skills is very crucial to perform the task or work given by the tutors and teachers. This would be done through ensuring great efforts for preparing time slots to give each activity a priority. Managing time is necessary to submit projects on time which is an attribute of being a great management student.
