INTRODUCTION
Academic plagiarism is an act of copy others work and presenting it as their own without ging
them create and acknowledgement (Alshare and Sewailem, 2018). It creates impact over quality
of knowledge, skills and learning of person. In order to avoid these tings, a person needs to
consist proper references in their work. This project report includes description about academic
plagiarism. It also consists analysation of relevance of academic integrity in context to
professionalism in business environment.
MAIN BODY
Academic plagiarism:
Academic plagiarism refers to an act in which a person is presenting other work, ideas as their
own without their consent, acknowledgement of work. It consists both published as well as
unpublished material, whether it is in printed, manuscript as well as electronic form (Asonitou
and Kottara, 2019). It can be either reckless, unintentional or intentional. Intentional plagiarism
can be done in different ways as some authors copy entire wok or study or change authorship in
order to represent work as their own. Accidental Plagiarism is another type which is find out in
graduate students. It can be result from incorrect paraphrasing or inappropriate quotation marks,
incorrect citations. Self-plagiarism is one in which a person uses their own work which is
previously published without any citation in form of plagiarism. A person can adopt different
ways in order to avid academic plagiarism as they should use quotation marks, they should use
references in all parts of sentences and needs to paraphrase appropriately. They also need to
check accuracy of references and can also use plagiarism check in order to avoid plagiarism.
Importance of academic integrity:
Academic integrity refers to expectation of students, teachers, researchers and other members of
community to act with fairness, responsibility, respect, trust and honesty. It provides basis for
goals of university which allow them to exchange ideas and also to develop knowledge which
require individual scholars to work with trust one another (England, 2020). There are five pillars
of academic integrity which are honesty, trust, respect, fairness, responsibility. It is important in
an organisation for various reason which hare as follows:
Improve trust: Academic integrity helps a person to gain trust of other people which whom they
need to dela with. It is important for them to work togethers for attainment of common goals

(Yeh, 2021). It allows them to work with honesty and dedication which is important for them to
complete things in right manner.
Provide opportunity to build career: Academic integrity allow a person to work with honesty
and dedication which is important for them to prepare themselves for building career (Foltýnek
and Dlabolová, 2020). It allows them to work in effective manner which prepare them for future
job responsibility.
CONCLUSION
From above mentioned project report, it can be concluded that academic integrity is important
for a person as it protect from them from legal penalties. It is also important for an individual to
maintain academic integrity as it is not only provided benefits to academic but also in
professional life of a person. It helps them to work with honesty and gain trust of others.

INTRODUCTION
Professional skills are those skills which can be acquired by a person through education,
certification and education. It helps a person to complete a work in effective manner which helps
them to get maximum satisfaction of clients and other person (Schartel Dunn and Lane, 2019).
This project report includes analysation of new business ideas and products and service offered
by company. It consists statistical data for back up ideas and reason for which it is investible.
Moreover, it consists investment which is to be used for different activities.
Outline of products and service:
Twist Dresses which is fashion store providing customise clothes to their customers. It is
providing clothes to youngsters as per their requirement. Sometimes people face problems in
dresses as they want a dress in specific material with specific requirement and in order to
overcome of these problems, Twist Dresses are serving in market (York, Fowler and Orgill,
2020). This store is providing designer clothes and also customise clothes as per requirement of
customers. They are providing clothes to young girls and boys which are aware for fashion.

maximum risk in a project (Goodsett, 2020). In this situation, they analyse business ideas to
identify whether it is investible or not. It can be analysed in different ways which are mentioned
below:
It is important for investor to ensure whether business ideas are providing a solution to a
problem. Customers are facing various problems in their day-to-day life and in order to
over come these, investors need to ensure their proposed business ideas is providing
solution to a problem faced by customers.
Investor also needs to ensure whether business model present by a entrepreneur has an
effective business model (Orr, 2018).
It is important for a person to assess feasibility of a business ideas. For this, investment
analyse different aspects life human resources of company, its financial condition,
physical resources and many more.
Investment used for:
Budget refers to an estimation of cost and profit of a company and limits spending of
organisation on a specific activity (Levine and Pazdernik, 2018). Twist Dresses is an
organisation which is preparing budget in order to analyse how much funds to be invested on
specific activities.

From above mentioned project report, it can be concluded that professional skills are important
for a person in order to carry out business. For this, managers of company need to prepare a
business plan in which different information are to be included like budget, backup plan and
many more.
