INTRODUCTION
The documentation will highlight and evaluates my personal, professional as well as
academic reflection throughout this courses. It applies the better learning to consider all kind of
own professional practices and handle ongoing future development. It will explore the
opportunities for career paths with inside or outside of prison service. This report will discuss
about the different kind of skills which is always aspiration or enhance the environment. To end
of this report, it will critically evaluate the academic English skills and their development
through learning journey. It will produce the effective professional development plan for
ongoing future growth.
TASK 1
Strength and weakness including academic English language skills
Strength and weakness are basically depends upon the current ability to interact or communicate
with other person by using English language.
Strengths
 English language skills-
It is better way to establish a communication with proper expression. Generally, it helped me in
conveying my own opinion or view better than any others.
As per evidence, it has been analysed that positive feedback help to give better presentation
during meeting session.
 Academic Skills-
A good comprehension skills, this can help to quickly read or understand the academic subjects.
Generally, all type of books are written in the English language.

Weakness
 English language skill-
A poor English skill will directly affecting on the information sharing abilities while failing to
engage with better coordination for individual people (Cisco, 2020).
As per evidence, people can miss their specific deadline due to the lack of understanding towards
English language.
 Academic skill-
Unable to handle or manage specific time and complete work within deadline. This can occurs
due to poor organizational skills.
As per evidence, I also miss deadline at the time of project delivery.
Conduct analysis of own strength, weakness by using Personal skills audit plan
A personal skill audit is based on the plan and procedures in order to assess level of
expertise across wide range of skills. This will help for identifying, also concern about the skills
needed to be developed.
Strength
The strength in which identifying the current status of own communication help.
Identifying the new opportunities to deal with different people. By using personal audit,
analysing the own work which delegation and helping to build trust, loyalty. That’s why, this is
main reason to passionate towards achieving desirable goal and objective (Ezza and et.al., 2020).
Audit plan will help to provide the brief idea about the possessed aim and inspired to improve
own skills or gain knowledge.
Weakness
The weakness is emotional stability which is always de-motivating towards desirable
goal or object. A lack of emotional stability in which result as long term anger, which is very
difficult to control or manage in proper manner.

There are different kind of targets, which were developed based on SMART criteria,
which emphasizes on the principles such as Specific, measurable, Achievable, relevant as well as
Time-bound.
 Specific- as per this principle, it is important to target with professional student, who
have been exploring their business growth and development. In this way, professionals
have directly deal with problem that individual face in the workplace (Hurwitz and
Schmitt, 2020).
 Measurable- Professional student have targeted in develop such manner that help in
