INTRODUCTION
In a person's life, success is defined as the positive result of the effort or action used to
achieve a goal. Simply put, success is the state or speed at which a predefined goal is being
achieved. To be successful, students need to acquire specific skills, knowledge, and abilities.
These skills are the academic and professional skills needed to complete a task or activity as
effectively and efficiently as possible.
Task 1 (Assessment & Note Taking)
Short term targets
Presentation skills: In order to convey the facts correctly in front of the audience, I need
to improve my presentation skills. Presentation skills also require the ability to
confidently present your work in front of an audience. I have to prepare myself to answer
the questions of the audience effectively, and I have to learn to speak in public, especially
in large groups.
Stress management: As I said before, understanding stress management is a whole new
concept for me. However, we have discovered that it has the potential to improve our
ability to manage stress and anxiety at work and at work. By managing stress, i can
achieve a better work-life balance while increasing productivity.
Long term targets
Communication skills: This reflects good communication with colleagues, bosses and
other team members. There are so many words, phrases and languages that others use that
it can take a lifetime to learn them. By improving this area, you will be able to properly
convey your message and information to others and understand what they are saying.
Problem-solving skills: This ability is the ability to analyze complex and difficult events
and turn them into opportunities for growth and development. It also helps you evaluate
many options and choose the most appropriate one to tackle the problem.
