INTRODUCTION
Academic integrity involves putting all the values into the practice by way of honesty in
the work of academics which is being done at the time university or school. It is basically being
fair in the working of academics so that no misconduct is done. It involves working in ethical
manner in the academic endeavours. There are basically five principles to this which includes
trust, honesty, responsibility, respect and fairness (Sanni-Anibire, 2021). This report is split into
two sections wherein first discusses about academic integrity, its importance and implications of
academic misconduct. Second deals with the designing the game wherein steps, skills used are
discussed.
SECTION 1
Description of the concept of academic integrity.
Every university and the academic community established at winder scale are built on the
foundation of the norms of behaviours and shared values which includes trust, fairness
responsibility and honesty. Academic integrity is such concept which means to put such values
in the practice in order to make the working fair by being honest at the work of academics. It also
involves taking responsibility for the learning and follow the conventions set by the scholarships.
The universities are mainly responsible for awarding the credit to the students for being honest in
their wok and conduct the academic work in a fair and honest manner while on other side, it is
the responsibility of the students to make sure that it demonstrate its academic integrity by means
of following-
Making acknowledgement of information which is being used in the work.
Using the information in an appropriate manner as per the privacy and copyright
legislations.
Conducting the research in the ethical manner, especially aligning with the regulations of
Universities.
Not to present the work of third person as own.
Act in the ethical manner in every academic endeavours.
Reporting the truthfulness of the research and doing the research in honest manner
(Kasler, Hen and Sharabi-Nov, 2019.
