INTRODUCTION
The Academic skills are those skills which essential for effectively learn all the
knowledge which is being explained in academics (Di Gregorio and et. al., 2019). These skills
include writing, presenting as well references are being included in Academic skill. Personal
development plan is refers to plan in which action for an individual are being created. This report
will evaluate the role personal planning, affecting factors of the source and evaluate of source are
discussed.

Personal and professional development
Personal development: this is a long-term process in which an individual is learning different
skills and knowledge, further develop a particular goal and try to maximize performance. With
the help of this development process one can easily improve the quality of the life. In this
individual become self-aware about the things and also grab the knowledge by-self (Abubakar
And et. al., 2019). With the help of this method one can also develop other people skill by
becoming tutor, coach or mentor and many more.
Professional development: this is a method for the professional person that can be an teacher,
educators who can improve their teaching habits and gain more knowledge of their own subjects.
In this the individual is going through different practises such as review of various case studies,
coaching, mentoring others and providing technical help (Lejeune, Beausaert and Raemdonck,
2018). With the help of doing this the educator is more efficiently resolve the issue of their
students.
Short-term goal
This goal is very vital for any one success, and they are giving a way to individual and help to
focus on a particular thing. Without developing short-term goal the productivity and the
particular target can not be achieved.

Medium-term goal
This goal is the comparatively longer then short-term which are long so a particular task can
effectively complete (Changwong, Sukkamart and Sisan, 2018). This is the goals which are
helping to reach the long-term goal.
