INTRODUCTION
Academic abilities are skill attained by education, teaching, knowledge, qualitative and
quantitative tools and management of time which has always benefitted scholars from the
sessions. This report covers wide spectrum of personal and professional enhancement aspect
with the help of term goals divided in short, mid and long term. Also it highlights on the kinship
in between reliability, aim, significance and writers. Further development aspects on personal
and professional has been presented.
TASK 1
Concept of personal as well as professional development.
Development at personal & professional level is a continuous process in which
interactions with aim and challenges to be dealt with in proper manner is learnt. With it skill is
required for personal growth. It also directs an individual to accurate way that will help in greater
achievements.

Goals of short term is of value which helps in dealing with the quick developments at
personal and professional level to be accomplished. Example to attain personal and professional

reports and information generated is realistic, apparent and reliable. It should be made sure that
the sources to be in light with the requirements and generate positive results.
