The topic for the reflective journals is academic skills and Study with confidence in which I share different skills which I develop during this session.
What have I learnt from the session:
From the session, I have learn that I enhance my communication skill as well as time management skills that helps me to conduct the future
presentations very well. Also, from the session, I learn I can manage the work as per the time and schedule such that session help me to make priority
list so that it will assist me to meet the define task with the deadline. Also, I have learn that in my foundation year, I also gain confidence to make
decision and communicate my opinion to others easily. Apart from this, I also think that I improve my critical thinking abilities so that it will assist me
to examine the wrong and right things. In addition to this, I also analysed that I enhance my decision making skills as well as employability skills so
that it will assist me to attain my future goals as well. Along with this, I also start making notes, paraphrasing and use of good references during a
whole session which will definitely help me in my future.
I also analysed that study on this topic and session, I am now able to express my views in front of others and I also have an ability to deal with the
things in better manner because I gain my critical thinking abilities too. Moreover, I also come to know that I posses strong presentation skills which
will help me to present my views in front of others so that they can easily understand the words. Overall, the session actually provide me an
opportunity to perform the work in better manner and develop many skills so that I can use in my future career options as well. Further, I also enhance
my team working abilities because teacher always provide some practical examples that could assist to raise our team working abilities. In the same
way, when we are working in the team, I share my views and present my opinions that will help to enhance my overall working abilities (Tamis-
LeMonda and et.al., 2019). Therefore, in the same way, when one of us did not perform any task, at that time, all of us gave the confidence and
motivate each others so that it will not let down the morale. As a result, I enhance my motivation skill and that is why, we always prefer to work in a
group so that it will not cause any negative impact upon others.
How could I use what I have learnt in my studies and career:
In my study, I develop many skills and these skills will definitely help me in my future as well as my career growth option as well. For instance, I
raise my decision making skills and this skill will help me when I become a good leader in top company. At that time, I make sure that I make decision
that will definitely help to cope up the issues and it will be for the employees of the company. In the same way, as I posses strong time management

skills which means that I am able enough to manage my personal as well as professional life. Even I always make priority list and as in my future,
when I become a manager, I try to complete the entire work on time so that it will not cause any delay in my works. So, it clearly reflect that having
food academic skills will help to manage the work and assist to garb further opportunity for my future as well. Also, I am sure that the session assist
me to enhance my oral communication and written communication which means that I am strong enough to present my views to other such that when I
have to present my views to others and if I don’t posses strong written and oral communication then I will not able to perform the work In better
manner and also not express my views in front of others (Muratori and et.al., 2019). That is why, during the session I gain this skills so that it will not
cause any negative impact upon my career. Therefore, through best presentation skill, I will able to address my team and present my views to them so
that they will realize the work easily and meet the define aim and objectives in better manner as well.
So, it is analysed that the academic skills will help to perform the work in near future is better because it will help me to meet the define aim and
objectives in better manner. Also, I come to analysed that I improve my presentation skills which will also help me in my future to attain my define
goals. Further, this is clearly reflected that employability skills will help me to meet my goals and also assist me to gain more skills as well.
Why is this session important for my studies?
Good study and academic skill will help to increase the confidence, competence and self- esteem. In the same way, these academic session boost my
confidence level by developing many academic skills which will definitely help me in my future as well. Further, the session also assist me to reduce
the anxiety and meet the deadlines as well. Therefore, it can be stated that academic skills plays an important role in the career such that it will increase
motivation and boost up the confidence which will help to meet the define aim and objectives of a life. In the same way, this session also help me to
meet the define aim and objectives because through this, I improve many skills which actually assist me to meet my goal for my future.
In addition to this, the session is quite important for my studies because it makes me focused and attentive towards my goals otherwise, It will leads to
affect my future in negative manner (Montoya and et.al., 2019). Also, improving my academic skills assist me to develop some soft skills like,
communication skills, presentation skills, time management skill etc. That is why, for my studies these skills are playing an important role, so, it is
essential for me to enhance the skills and grab my future dreams.
Along with this, the communication skills which I gain through my session, assist me to share my views to others such that it help me to improve how I
actually see others and also manage the relationship with others too. So being a student it is quite necessary for me to listen others and also understand
their views as well as teacher’s views so, after that I will ask better questions with confidence and it will also help me to gain more knowledge. That is
why, for me the session is quite interesting and knowledgeable and that is why, I choose this so that it will not affect my overall future in opposite
manner.
On the other side, I also analysed that by developing confidence, now I am able to attain the classes and increase my self- confidence as well. Further,

the entire session provide me a good opportunity that will creates positive impact upon my future life i.e. study and even in my future, through these
skills I am able to attend my dream and become a good leader. As of now, I have motivation, communication, time management skills which are
essential for every leaders and even during my classes, I also prefer to lead my team because of these skills. Overall, these skills will definitely help
me in my future study skills.
