INTRODUCTION
Education is very important for every one. It help the person in gaining the knowledge
and enhancing their confidence. Education can improvise personal growth and career. An
educated person can be safe from any kind of crime, war and terrorism. Education help the
individual in getting good paying job and improve his financial status and also create more jobs
for others. Institution across the world operate with flexible studies criteria along with the other
factors also. Institution encourages the diversity of people to get access multicultural study
environment with leading professors. With the help of Driscoll’s model of reflection, I am going
review my experience on developing an effective learning skills and how I developed myself for
upcoming challenges and university expectation for course.
MAIN BODY
The John Driscoll Model of Reflection is a reflection framework which is a structured
procedure to guide reflection. This model work with three question, “What?”, “So what?” and
“Now what?”
Week 1
The purpose of that Webinar session was to identify my learning styles. During the Webinar I
had learnt about the different types of learning methods. A memorable topic I heard during this
session was Howard Gardner's Multiple Intelligences. The resources I used while this session
was my laptop, my notebook and a pen for writing the queries. All the other people including me
was truly impressed with their short and focused informative inputs. I have acknowledged
different types of learning styles which can enhance my learning . I have improved my auditory
learning skills and social learning skills which will help me in my future life also. I have
discovered that I am good at linguistic verbal and logical Mathematical. I need to improvise
myself in interpersonal intelligences and Visual-spatial intelligences. In context to Bucks
Graduate Attributes I think I have improved myself in self development and creativity. During
the session I was feeling delighted about learning and after the session I was feeling confident
and motivated. I have discovered that the offered courses want the student with high grasping
power and clear basic concepts. For an effective student I have to enhance my social learning
ability and auditory learning for this I will try to understand the pre recorded lecture and will go
group studies. I will first focus on my social learning ability. The students group will support me
