Authors of both the article put same thought and some are the points where they both have
their own point. For example; both mentioned that Brexit is responsible for weaker the
pound but it could boost the tourism level because it reduces the cost. On the one hand an
author state that it may be applied or delayed but if applied it mostly has negative impact on
both of the countries and on the other hand other author mentioned that Brexit will surely
apply and it only affects the United Kingdom more. It was mentioned in their statement that
it will create opportunity and according to the survey some people think they will be better
when the European Union go off.

Brexit is the withdrawal of the United kingdom from the European Union (Brexit Could Put
'25,000 travel Industry jobs at risk, 2019.). It follows the referendum of 23 June 2016 when
51.9% of voters chose to leave European Union. On 23rd June 2016, the British people
settled a question that: Should the country remain within the European Union or leave and
end it 40 year of membership (Dhingra and et. al., 2016). European operations' director and
global sales coordinator for Travelzoo who is based in London mentioned that, “It was
shocking and I was not expecting it to go quite the way it did.” it was shocking for the
European citizens, British travel operators and for all the small to large business owners.
After Brexit application, EU law would continue to apply as it does now and the UK will no
longer to have a say on the representative body of EU.
With Brexit results affecting every aspect of UK life from business to travel. There
are some positive elements of the decision and some are the negative elements on for the
UK tour operators (Hobolt, 2016). Tourism is the fourth largest industry in UK and 5th
biggest export earner. It contributes around £127 billion to the economy of UK. It was
agreed by British domestic tour industries that 67% are the visitor from European Union
(Clarke and et. al., 2017). Under the Brexit deal, citizen of EU and UK nationals can
continue to travel freely with identity card or a passport. But the advantage is they not need
visa that gives a relief to the tour operators that visitors will not affects with the deal.
Citizens of EU who operating their travel business in UK and continue in the region before
2021 can apply for settled status that will allow them to continue living here. A survey of
more than 130 organisations mentioned fears that British holiday industries will no longer
be able to employ the EU staff on the continent that is clearly will result in job loss. Travel
industries facing around 58% increase in cost (What the Brexit Vote Means For the Global
Tourism Industry, 2019). Tourism minister of Spain has met with tour operator of UK to
discuss contingency plan to ensure millions of British tourist can still be able to visit their
country in the event of a no-deal Brexit.
British pound decreased more than 11% on 24 June, after Brexit vote that affect the
tour operators of UK. Some people don't expect a significant reduction in travel demand of
UK or EU (Becker, Fetzer and Novy, 2017).

TASK 4
The decision of Brexit has not only affect me and all kind of citizens in both of the
countries at personal level but it affects at professional level as well. Brexit is a mix of
both the elements; negative and positive.
At Personal level
Brexit have negative and positive impact on my personal life as it will able to
reduce the currency level because it is cheaper to trade. If UK left EU, the cost of import
could rise by 1.1 billion that result in rising the price. It will make difficult and survive all
the expenses of the families (Dhingra and et. al., 2016). The trade level will also decrease
that will affect the day to day activities at the personal level. It will also affect me as a
traveller from EU to UK and required passport for visiting. It will also make the choice
tough for me to stay in EU or shift to Britain.
At Professional level
In the article it was mentioned that Brexit will affect the Jobs in every business
segment and that will also made impact on me as an employee. The labour cost and
economic cost will drive down that affect the training sessions in my professional life. The
division between two regions will affect mostly, youth of both of the countries (Clarke
and et. al., 2017). The result of Brexit vote will force me to closure or merger of my
family business.

present topic and analysed the source by focusing
on the evidence based information.

For paraphrasing I go through all the information
and read them carefully after understanding write
them in my own words. The techniques I taught
from various tools and techniques that are present
on internet.

For research I go through many sources and
collect authenticate information and mainly focus
on the information that has proper evidence as
well as in the paraphrasing I give proper
evidence by referencing and citation.

In the Introduction I begin with the attention
grabber and add the points what will be evaluate
and the conclusion is the summary of my
research and evaluation in limited words.
