I effectively manage my time between study, family, recreational and work commitments as well as make sure that I get enough time to cover all my actions in a day. I will follow this time table for at least a week to monitor my performances and development and if I found that I am not getting enough time for some activities then I will make some modifications according to that. If this time table resulted in positive development in my skills, then it would be very beneficial for me to have insights in what is need to be done on priority. 4

B) Reflection With the help of Gibb's reflective cycle, I have described the experience and feelings associated with every stage. Description: While making time table in order to manage my time between various activities, I research extensively about where I used to waste my time the most and where can I save my time from activities which are not necessary. I made a proper chart of how I used to spend my day to create an effective time table. I took help from my friends and family to look at my time management from their point of view and to ask them what I can do better to manage it perfectly. After completing all my courses as per my timetable I make sure that I have 7 or 6 hours of sleep to function properly. The outcome from this situation is that I have managed to make my time more effective and worthy. Feelings: While reviewing my work and whether I get successful in following my time table I went through various feelings. But I determined to follow it with full dedication and putting efforts as much as I can. I worked hard to maintain my daily schedule according to time table to not lose my self-confidence. I was nervous while managing my time but after making it and covering all my daily activities boosted my confidence. My friends and family also showed positive feedback to my time table and further motivated me to follow it religiously. With the help of The Pomodoro Technique which is a time management method, I will be able to smartly manage my time. However, sometimes I got quite frustrated which resulted in low motivation.I usually spend my time with my family and address any form of clinical needs as my doctor’s recommendation to manage my health due to increasing pressure. However, these challenges and stress motivate me to work harder to fulfil my work in a faster manner. I feel satisfied that with my timetable I manage my activities appropriately model focusing on my mental and physical health. Evaluation: By properly evaluating my time table, I got to understand which measure worked for em and which lead to wasting my time. The things that went well and work for me is that I have managed all the activities as per my timetable and try to stick to my schedule which significantly 5
help me to manage my time and conduct other activities.I evaluated that I should researched more about models that could have given me more insights in how to effectively manage time. With help of this timetable, I have managed to make appropriate time for family, self-awareness, cleaning and study. However, focusing more on my study and recreational activities have resulted in less time for eating which started to affect my health. To overcome this issue of time management, I cut down some time from my recreational activities to get enough time to eat properly and do not miss any meals. Analysis: In this step, I made accurate analysis of what leads to positive results and what I failed to follow.I analysis that my timetable went well as I take advantage of the method in which I manage my activities and divided my time-effective manner. I needed to spend my additional time on maths scores, so I make additional hour to the class schedule. However, increase in pressure lead to things didn’t go well in order to spend my additional time on maths scores, I did not get the chance to focus on writing best point. I look forward to make most out of the given time and improve my writing skills in given time.Knowledge of my friends and family have helped me to have a better look on my time management. However, to make most of this situation, I need to take suggestions from others to take the right decisions in the future. Conclusion: From my reflective analysis, it has been assessed by me that I need to make modifications in my timetable by taking suggestions from others. Further I will learn from my own mistakes and effectively divide my time with the help of The Pomodoro Technique to effectively manage my activities. If ever in a situation I miss my any schedule due to time crisis I will make sure that end of the weekend I complete it.I faced certain challenges going from one activity to another whichaffectsmyenergytodomore.Butmakingthistimetablehavedevelopedmy understanding on how to effectively manage time to cover all activities. Action Plan: My action plan for further development is to develop and enhance my time management skills with help of my teachers, family and friends. For this purpose, I will actively follow the dedicated time table and ensure that it will help me in my personal development. I will work on motivation and dedication skills to be able to focus at one thing at a time. I will not multitask 6
between two activities to improve my productivity. I will be prioritizing my work and divide my time according to that to enhance my time management skills.
