INTRODUCTION
 In present time, skills are highly important in order to grow and
succeed in career in future period of time. Here, skills and abilities
make a person enable to achieve milestones in personal and
professional career (Khin-Htun and Kushairi, 2019). The present
report comprised strengths of weakness of graduate students along
with academic integrity and time management practices. It also
comprises reflection, academic writing and at the end proper
referencing of work for enhancing the reliability and authenticity.

ACADEMIC STUDY SKILLS
 It is analyzed that each and every person has some strong as well
as weak points which affect their performance in academics
(Patell and et. al., 2018). While graduating from university, I also
acknowledge some strengths and weakness which significantly
affect my performance within university. My strengths &
weaknesses are mentioned as under:
 Strengths:
 I am result oriented person with optimistic attitude which allows
me to explore different things in life. I am a good team player due
to which actively participated in group activities. I am good at
decision making which is essential to get success in personal and
professional career.
