Week 1: Introduction to Academic study skills
Strengths in regards to Graduate attribute:
 My strengths are in my graduate field that health care management are: I could
communicate and interact effectively with my clients, colleagues and the most important
that is public with the help of different strategies of communication.
 I always make decision on the basis of accurate and convincing evidence as I personally
believe in evaluating the circumstances and situations first.
Weaknesses in regards to Graduate attribute are:
 I am not effective and efficient in interpreting and using financial data for operational
management for planning and decision making.
 Another weakness includes that I do not confident enough to inspire other people as I am
not able to communicate in their language and do not have information regarding their
culture and background.
The three things that I would do to improve my weaknesses are:
 For learning about the interpretation of financial information I would attend online
classes and webinars so that I could easily understand financial information and can assist
operational management in decision making and planning.
 The second thing I would do is self practice I would invest proper time in interpreting
financial data.
 The third includes I would take classes to learn about the different languages and culture
so that I could build up confidence and could easily interact with people.
Week 2: Academic Integrity
Academic integrity refers to the ethical policies and moral codes of academia. Universities
and educational communities are built upon values that are shared and rules of behaviour which
include responsibility, honesty and fairness. These are the practices that help in putting values
into practical practice by remaining honest in the work related to academics, carrying
responsibility for learning, and staying fair to other people.
Academic integrity is met at Arden, it is shown with three significant examples:

 Arden is totally against of cheating and considers it as academic misconduct related to the
academic course. It is against of completing work with dishonesty.
 Plagiarism is another example because Arden do not support all those work of students
who have copied it from other people and it also does not consider copying the work
direct from internet.
 Arden is totally against of fabrication, it does not support making up of things and
showing things by presenting it as factual, real or true.
