INTRODUCTION
Academic skills are the power or ability present in an individual which helps to attain more
success in their educational career. These skills are the strategies and approached which helps an
individual to enhance their learning power in the educational career. Study skills are the ability
which helps an individual to to successfully tackle the process of organizing and attaining of new
information, retaining of knowledge and dealing with the given assessments. Personal and
professional skill development refers to an improvement in the stack of skills of an individual that
helps a person in gaining their desire position at the place where they are working and by this they
can develop a good relationship with the people in society (Liu and Pullinger, , 2021). Furthermore,
the various factor that can enhance my working condition regarding the future professional career.
Motivation, Teamwork and time management are the topics which will be included in this report
(.Sera, and McPherson, 2019).
MAIN BODY
Motivation
Motivation refers to the procedure which helps a manager or leader to encourage their team
member in order to get the best working performance from them in their respective work area. If the
employees are completely motivated to the assigned task it will be very easy for the company or
team to achieve the set goals and aims in a short period of time. Motivation involves multiple factor
such as biological, emotional, social and many more elements which can activate the human
behaviour. It is a kind of driving force behind the human actions. A leader can use various kind of
motivation strategies such as maslow's hierarchy theory, Adams equity theory which can help them
to inspire and empower their employees to get success. Motivation is the most important skill which
should be present within an individual in order to successfully run the team. In context to me, when
is was the leader of my university group it is very crucial for me to motivates my fellow mates in
command to get the proper work from each of them. If I develop motivation skill then it will be
very beneficial for me in order to attain more success in the future. Some of the importance which I
have seen in my leadership regarding the motivation are mentioned below:-
Better communication equates to more success:- Clear and proper communication is one
of the most important key elements regarding the leadership that fosters motivation. If the leader of
the group clearly and transparently disclose all the pros and cons of their companies to their
employees then it will highly motivate them to give their best working performance. In context to
period when I was the leader of my group I have developed a strong communication channel
between the teammates which helps them to convey specific ideas and thoughts. I have clearly give
