education process, they introduce online learning for effective education. However, this concept

through such tasks, also it consists of the research that requires a patience, good skills, therefore I
was very nervous and under confident about it. but after getting support from the peers, family
members and teacher I develop confidence to commence with such task, I also thought that it
would be a good experience to develop my knowledge in it and to boost my confidence. Initially
I have arranged all the resources which is required for conducting the research, I have
encountered many challenges as time was the biggest issue, to deliver the research project on
time was the biggest challenge for me. Then with the support and guidance of tutor I have
divided my work in different modules and I have initiate with most important one first so that it
helps in completing project before deadline. Therefore, research topic is about to understand the
online learning along with its benefits and drawbacks for that I have taken the views of my peers
and others to obtain the in depth knowledge in it. I always have the reserve nature so I was
worried about to task their views in it but with the peer’s motivation I have asked their view
points over it, for that I have found that many have faced the challenges because of E learning

it is very clear that academic skills does matter when it comes to academic learning. Later this
report has discussed impact of COVID-19 on education process, this pandemic not only have
impacted education process but due to online learning it becomes complex to provide effective
learning and education to the learner. Later this report has discussed advantage and disadvantage
of online learning and online platform and understand how this was effectively used to manage
learning in the education process. At last this report has discussed self reflection and self
evaluation and reflected on learning of this module.
