EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Mcdonald’s corporation are defined as the international companies which have largest fast
food chain across the world. Mcdonald’s corporation they have more than 30,450 fast food
restaurants almost in 121 countries around the world. There are fifty eight percent of the
restaurants which have been operated by the franchisees 9van Barnev and et. al., 2020).

INTRODUCTION
The change management plan is demonstrated as role and activities regarding controlling
and managing the change, this process helps to manage the change and make assure to
control resources, budget, scope and schedule. McDonald's it is a American fast food
company and it was founded in 1940.Presently due to the covid 19 new strategies has been
adopted because McDonald's were shut down due to the leading pandemic covid 19. The
strategies are adopted to control Covid 19 they are screening and containment. Before the
customers enters in a McDonald, screening is done with a device which is called
thermometer, screening is done to detect the fever which is caused by covid 19.
Containment this process was implemented in the early stage of coronavirus and their aim
was to isolate the infected peoples and introducing other measurements in order to stop or
spread the disease. I am working as a manger in McDonald's and before Covid 19 the
labour target was 20 percent but now it has been changed to 16 percent . There are various
new strategies have adopted such as less employees will work on the floor in order to get
better profits and better percentage of labours. To control covid 19 , there are various
precautions which are implemented in McDonald such as following social distancing and
wearing mask is mandatory and additionally staying 6 feet away. Hand should be washed
along with using hand sanitizer before touching things. Spreading awareness of covid 19
among the peoples and following the guidelines which are given by the government in order
to control covid19. Hand sanitizer is must to maintain the hygiene. The food is investigated
for the proper hygiene. Screening is done to detect the elevated body temperature. Peoples
should avoid contacts with each other. These are the strategies which have been taken to
control covid -19.

McDonald's corporation it is well known for restaurant which was founded by the two
brothers named Richard and Maurice, they both opened their McDonald as a Bar- B- Que
restaurant. Mcdonald’s it is a American food company which have been founded in 1940 at
san barnardino, in united state of California. They opened their Mcdonalds as a hamburger
and later turned o as franchise. Mcdonalds ’ls it I s a world’s largest chain of restaurant
which serves 69 million customers each day across 100 countries. Mcdonalds corporation it
is best known fgor cheeseburger, hamburger, and franchises , and in addition breakfast item
which include wraps, milkshakes, soft drinks, and desserts. If the customers tastes have been
changed this miight bring negative backlash due to the reason of unhealthiness of food. This
restaurant also had been added additional things such as fruit, salads, sandwich and fish. The
Mcdonald’s corporation sector their revenues usually comes from fees paid, royalties and
rent by the franchise. The recent study shows that McDonald has become the world second –
largest private employee sector with 1.7 million employees. McDonald restaurant its
headquarter sis situated in Oak, brook, Illinois, U.S. ,Further they decided to change it to
Chicago in the year of 2018.However present president of McDonald Steve Ester brook.
The corporation have one specific slogan is I'm Lovin' it''. There are about 36,000
McDonald restaurant across the world. McDonald have 15 million of employees around the
world. The McDonald revenue in 2015 it was approximately 25.4 billion. This corporation is
known as largest fast – food company.
Vision
McDonald their primary vision v is to the best quick service restaurant globally. The term
best means providing best and outstanding service, quality, value and cleanliness., therefore
in this they could make their customers happy as well as bring smile on their face.
Mission
McDonald their significant mission is that their place should be favourite place for the
customers and it should be the way to drink or eat. Their strategy has been applied across the
world and these strategy could include products, people, promotion , price and place. They
makes their commitment towards enhancing their operations as well as improving
experiences of customers. In 1940 it was announced as a McDonald's but later on in 1952
