formulated by the government related to the implementation or use of the information
technology has great impact on the strategy and decision of the firm. The cost issues is the major
problem faced by the organisation. As management as well as up gradation of information
system require high cost (Tran, Le Ngoc Thanh and Phuong, 2013.)
5 C) The successful development of information system requires many problems to be
encountered during the development procedures this issues must be resolved. The success of the
project is dependent on the commitment of stakeholder towards their task and strategies as well
as regulation formed by the team leader (Galliers and Leidner,2014) It is required by project
manager to provide training to all its team members as it will assist them in performing their
roles and responsibilities in effective as well as systematic manner. This activity help them in
identifying the ways for maintaining the security of the data. Monitoring is another method that
helps project manager in controlling the flow of information. Tactics and strategies can be
developed by project manager in order to built and sustain commitment that are linked to issues
which arose from the strategic potential of the information system. Some problem can be
associated with the way in which information system has been designed (Venkatesh, Thong and
Xu, 2012)
