of an accounts officer whose requirements are as outlined below.
Qualifications: Degree in accounting or finance
Experience: Proven work experience in accounts management
Skills:
Advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software and databases
Ability to manipulate large amounts of data
Proven knowledge of accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to direct and supervise
Performance Goals:
Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions
Assign projects and direct staff to ensure compliance and accuracy
Meet financial accounting objectives
Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions

The main responsibilities of the person will be:
To manage and oversee all the departmental operations.
Overall payroll management.
Auditing the books of accounts.
Formulation and implementation of the principles of accounting in the organization
Evaluation of the annual audits of the books of accounts.
Provide recommendations.
Salary
Basic salary: $35000
Allowances: $30000
Monthly salary: $ 65000
