Qualifications: Degree in accounting or finance
Experience: Proven work experience in accounts management
Skills:
 Advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software and databases
 Ability to manipulate large amounts of data
 Proven knowledge of accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations
 High attention to detail and accuracy
 Ability to direct and supervise
Performance Goals:
 Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions
 Assign projects and direct staff to ensure compliance and accuracy
 Meet financial accounting objectives
 Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions

The main responsibilities of the person will be:
 To manage and oversee all the departmental operations.
 Overall payroll management.
 Auditing the books of accounts.
 Formulation and implementation of the principles of accounting in the organization
 Evaluation of the annual audits of the books of accounts.
 Provide recommendations.
Salary
Basic salary: $35000
Allowances: $30000
Monthly salary: $ 65000
