Home and Community Care (HACC) helps to provide entry level basic support for older people who need assistance to live independently, whereas Home Care includes four levels of care provided to older people living at home, ranging from basic to high-care needs. Residential Care provides accommodation and support for those who choose to live within residential aged care facilities. Legal policies are also need to be followed by the organizations, so that it will help to avoid any kind of legal actions against the companies which are involved in providing different aged care services (Lewin, Alfonso & Alan, 2013). Competitive Environment and Competitor Analysis Competitive Environment The main competitors or the rival institutions of Regis Aged Care are Benetas, ECH Inc., TheWhiddonGroup,BlueCare,AccurateHomeCareLLC,AnglicanCare,Resthaven Incorporated, Presbyterian Church and many more. All these business entities are either from Australia or have branches in this region. Some of the companies like Regis Healthcare have more than 1 branches within Australia and the management are also planning to open 3 more branches in Victoria, New South Wales and Western Australia. Earning of revenue also differs and totally depends on the quality and amount of service that is provided by these business entities. Thus, it can be said that all these organizations are fighting against each other to avail top class service and providing safe and security to the aged people of Australia (Baldwin et al., 2015).
