selected organization will; also be analysed in this paper in the context of resources, capabilities
and core competencies. The selected organization is Regis Healthcare, which is based in
Australia and is listed on the Australian Securities Exchange. The facilities which are provided
by this organization are retirement facilities and home care, where the aged people can live
happily and safely and can enjoy their hobbies and livelihood through following the mission and
vision of this aged care service provider organisation. Australia has been selected as this industry
