plan. Because of their biggest operations throughout the globe.
Mission:
Company's mission statement is to introduce transportation as reliable as the running water,

Vision statement:
Firm's vision statement of the Uber is “Smarter transportation with lesser cars and higher
access”.
Henceforth, Uber is selected to do action plan.
Objectives:
1. Uber main objectives are to incorporates huge taxi network, links riders with safe and
secure, and easy transportation providers at a variety of price-points in the cities
throughout the globe.
2. Incorporates international highest P2P logistics platform, enabling anyone to either
request.
3. Change from 100% Human-driven logistics to 100% automatic logistics.

Agency theory:
Agency theory establishes the relationship where one party describe work where other party
complete the work. Therefore it involves two parties such as principal who determine or decide
what work should be done and other party is agent who completes the work as per guidance of a
principal. They both are motivated by self interest and both have perform to achieve common
goals.
Critical evaluation of agency theory:

It is supported by research evidence and offers a credible explanation for obedience and it is
useful in training exercises where people should aware what are their responsibilities. But their
is also some demerits of agency theories like these theories could used in negative manner in
terms of manipulation of information.
Principal agent theory:
This theory involves two party where one party is principal who provides informations, define
objectives, incentives, recruitment etc. where other party is agent or subordinate who receive
orders and instructions from the principal. Agent or subordinate is liable for the actions for non-
performance and principal is liable to monitor all the actions of its subordinates and guides
accordingly.
Critical evaluation:
The principal agent theory helps in understanding the complex organisational relationship. If
the interest of both are different then there is chance of conflict.
Stakeholder theory:
Under this theory. It establishes the relationship between organisation and others in its internal
and external environment. Stakeholders may be inside or outside of the company such as
customers, employees, suppliers, government, non-profit groups etc. These can be influenced of
affected by the activities of organisation.
Critical Evaluation of stakeholder theory:
As the activities of stakeholders can be influenced by the activities of an organisation it is
difficult for an organisation to avoid problems or conflict between an organisation and
stakeholders.

In an analysis of an essence of taste that have focus maximum attention of the leaders of
company are surrounded by so many ethical issues. Some of them are related with confidential

globalisation, CSR has become more important and apparent. The society is the prime concern
for the company. In order to promote sharing cab facilities in more economical cost so that
middle class people can avail the facilities of using cab.

operations. However, board of directors decides few recommendations for enhancing the
corporate governance practices in the firm. These recommendations covers basic course in the

harassment. Company's main improvement is to have an idea about the sharing the cars which

a need to make their business operation transparent.
